BORSOI ALAN PIUMA 4-1

ALAN PIUMA 4-1 is a 4-scale automatic pre-weighing and filling machine for apparel and outdoor. The machine inject the filling material with an air injection system for the forced and dosed filling of feathers into padded clothing items. It’s a machine that has been designed to carry out filling operations with a maximum weight of feathers of 70 g. For this purpose, the machine is fitted with a large storage box that can contain up to 15 kg of down feathers. Its 4 scales that distinguish it from the basic ALAN PIUMA machine, ensure its maximum production capacity also for significant weighting operations.
It is the perfect system for all large-chamber padded items (including sleeping bags) or in all products where high thermal insulation must be guaranteed.

ALAN PIUMA 4-1 è una macchina automatica per il riempimento di capi imbottiti e outdoor. Possiede a quattro bilance con sistema ad iniezione ad aria per il riempimento forzato e dosato della piuma negli articoli d’abbigliamento imbottiti. E’ una macchina pro-gettata per eseguire il riempimento di piuma con quantità fino a 70 g. A tal fine il macchinario è dotato di un ampio box di stoccaggio che può contenere fino a 15 kg di piumino. Le quattro bilance che la contraddistinguono dalla ALAN PIUMA base, permettono di garantire la massima capacità produttiva anche per le pesature più importanti. E’ il sistema perfetto per tutti gli imbottiti con grandi camere (inclusi i sacchi a pelo) oppure in tutti i prodotti dove si deve garantire un elevato isolamento termico. La ALAN PI-UMA 4-1 è equipaggiata con software e interfaccia grafico facile ed intuitivo, adatto per gestire svariati tipi di prodotti diversi.
