To do this the right way, you should swap the entire radiator support. I did just the top part on mine, and when I went to install the bumper, none of the clips along the bottom lined up. If I had known that this was going to be an issue, I'd have replaced the entire core support.
Sorry for the late reply. But as far as making one I’m not sure on how to do it but the first gen Honda CR-V uses a bumper support that’s kinda similar maybe you can cut it up and modify it to fit. Hope that helps
