Good day. Round 2 and 3 i kept on getting emergency loans this despite the fact that i ensured that everytime i got a warning that i might incur an emergency loan i played around it until there was no forecast of an emergency loan
The proforma is basing your running into an emergency loan based solely on the fact that you predict selling so much product. If you fail to sell as much or sell out because production couldn't keep up, you'll get an emergency loan quite often...especially if your proforma says you'll only have a couple bucks left over. I always aimed to borrow much more than I needed and I tried to predict selling fewer items so that my proforma was adjusted accordingly. However, I would adjust my production to be as close as possible to what I thought would actually happen. Thank you for keeping me updated. You'll see in my videos that I also get an emergency loan once or twice. It's not game over if it happens, you just have to learn how to adjust to it.
where do I look to fix my awareness I know it has to do with increasing the promo and sales budget but where do I look to figure out how much I can spend on each product?
There are info bubbles that can guide you, but generally speaking, I suggest 2000 or more on promo and sales until you hit 100%. Then you drop it to 1400 to maintain the 100%

We are in Round 8, and I wanted to ask that since this is the last round and we want to get as much market share as possible therefore, we are lowering the price of our low end product. Should we also decrease the price of our high end product too? Is it feasible to lower the price of a high end product? One of my high end products is priced at $45 (highest price) and I was thinking of lowering it to $42 to capture more market share & increase our sales, and I am also thinking of lowering a second high end product's price from $40.50 to $39.00? What do you advise?
If it were my team, I would lower my price based on what I expect the other teams to do. I was usually the price leader or close to it. To gain the most in market share, you have to have the most products available in the market you're trying to corner and they have to have great stats regarding mtbfs, price, promotion, etc.
