In 2016, his dream was to reach 100 thousand subscribers, meanwhile in 2023, the channel has more than 4.8 millions subscribers. That's what you can achieve when you stick to your dreams and work on them. Well done!
In all seriousness, you my friend are the most valuable person on TH-cam, can't say enough good things about you, hope you are able to keep producing content because I will literally watch and study everything you put out
Wow magical tips for new speaker : 1- find your own voice 2- it feels like you're the only one in the room " just you and i " 3- good at telling story 4- make your case "state your facts, make your argument, why they should join you " 5- add quotes 6- connect with the audiences 7- preparation 8- find your outcome from the whole speech " sign up, subscribe, move, become someone better...." 9- find your audience 10- put your action list " i want you to do this and that...." 11- meet and greet your audience after 12- thank and mention the people and organization for this speech or course ..... 13- disturbing people and make them move 14- challenge them 15- rehearse before your speech 16- managing time ? where to say this and this ...."
I have a few good speakers but for different reasons. One guy that wasn’t in the list of speakers I have 2. I really like Jordan Peterson as a technical speaker because he’s able to debate and out smart his opponent with pure excellence. He has amazing arguments in his political debates but when he’s giving a lecture he is so inspirational and almost as if you can feel he really wants the best for you as an individual. He’s a great story teller and also so powerful when he delivers his message. 12 rules for life for example (his book). The other great speaker is Tony Robins. Amazing and speaks with such conviction. Also very inspirational and has a unique view on everything he talks about. No matter how many people touch the same subject, Tony Robins has a brilliant and unique way of convincing you and motivating, inspiring you. But I have to say, Patrick is an awesome speaker. He has an in depth way of explaining and coaching, guiding you in your ways of acting, thinking and looking at different subjects around being an entrepreneur. Patrick also has a locker room, story telling and coaching style but the main reason I love Patrick when he speaks is his quotes and insights on other great minds. He managed to incorporate other brilliant minds within his entire overall point he’s trying to deliver to you. He has a great way of breaking things down which many people can’t do. He has a neutral approach where everyone else has a personal opinion type, point to make. No one comes across like Patrick bet David
Thank you so much for this - I've given thousands of talks to school kids and adults over the years, but there are so many revelations in this video that I can apply to try and be a better speaker.
I can't believe i didn't know Pat in 2016. Only started following him in 2019. it is true that " Things come to you when you are prepared for them, and when you are ready for them."
I never thought of public speaking this way. My favorite speakers from who you mentioned are 1- Tony Robbins. This man changed my life...I own an amazing business because his words made me believe I can. Barrack Obama...totally amazing speaker. I will never get tired of hearing him speak. But another amazing speaker not mentioned is Les Brown...He will make you make changes in you life that you never imagined possible.
TYSM for this video. I'm in public speaking college class Com140. All about speeches. "Find your voice" best advice I've heard of all the vids I watched.
you are brilliant, I like how he explains and gives examples for the style of speaking and made every single one of them makes sense. very informed and a teacher style of speaker.
Thanks patrick. I watched this a couple if years ago and found it confusing. Now a bit further along in my journey, this was exactly what I needed to hear.
I watched this videos @ 3.24 million subscribers and i especially appreciate the part at the end where pat says "please subscribe, we are at 97k sub and maybe by the time you be watching this we will be at 100k". Dudes come a long way since then. More fire 🔥 to you PBD... well deserved.
Im going to start this journey of public speaking on 10th July 2022. The information you have given here is of a greater importance to me. Thanks alot.
❤ thanks pat for teaching great public speaking skills , Great men do great things because they are generous and share their God Gifts with the World so that people benefit Massively from their God Gifts , Thanks Mate 👍🎉❤️
Basically just be yourself. Which has personally worked for me both in public speaking and personal relationship. Also, LOL - Kanye west. And it has worked very well for Kanye west success; so again DO YOU! Thanks Pat 👍
Also want to mention ... Toast Masters ... Fantastic way to practice speaking in front of others who are practicing the same thing which allows you to become more comfortable and gain feedback
Thank you, Patrick. Most engaging, inspirational, encouraging and exhilarating presenter I have seen in some time. I will review it again. Grateful for more insight to the skill.
Patric Bet-David thank you for making this channel! This is best channel for Entrepreneurs! I appreciate that you take time for people that want to become entrepreneurs.I know how much time is important in a life of entrepreneur and big THANK YOU for that! I consider YOU as my mentor! Thank you!
This was one of the excellent video I have come across. Finding your voice. This reason are with me so much. We all need to know who voice we are it will help us greatly into our public speaking. Thank You

Thank you Patrick for this amazing video it truly is a blessing as I have never really been a good speaker before but know knowing what type of a speaker I am and the 16 steps you have truly given me so much confidence God bless you and your family and work love from Wendy Drummond from Adelaide South Australia
Im only in the 1st 5 min and had to comment on how much I like this video so far. Thanks for breaking down the different styles of speaking. It's really got me thinking
Namaste Pat , what i liked in your talks is recognising our type and follow it in case if we are these type. Its not a brainwash to be like someone but its mere sharing of ideas to stick to our original form. I guess we will have one of this quality. I have humour type but i used to be sceptical to be humourous but your explaination helped me. thanks
I just LOVE listening to Les Brown ! And 50cent ( yeah, he is inspirationnal and he has done a lot during his lifetime. He is worth being known as an inspirationnal speaker )
I think when I first watched this I wanted to be the story teller. I know for a fact that I'm an inspirational speaker. Sometimes I can speak like a story teller, but for the most part I think it's just inspiration.
I think I’m bold yet credible type of speaker. Factual, powerful, straight to the point, direct type of speaker. Im not afraid to shock or hurt some one feelings in order to heal that individual. Im more of a teacher type.
Hands down one of the best "public speaking tips" videos I have watched. And I've watched a lot! I'm relatively new to speaking, although I've been an entertainer for 20+ years. I have ZERO stage fright but that's what everyone wants to talk about when it comes to new speakers. I will take your tips on finding your style with me throughout my career. I am definitely a Tony, Gary, and Mike D... In a skirt😂
I love it and hope you will make another. But add some more women to reference too. My daughter just started a public speaking course she is 14. I think hearing about more successful women speakers would be helpful. That being said I learned a lot and I will apply what I have learned. Thank you Gerry
I always had the commanding type of voice. It's good cause I'm a teacher, but I had some problems outside the classroom with it. On the phone, or when I first meet somebody, they can take it as a sign of disrespect, especially people who are older than me. What do I do? By the way, listened to Netanyahu's speeches and interviews - LOVED it. Thanks Pat, for this, and for everything I learned from you, you are a great guy.
Thanks Bro, I really appreciate it .. Been following you for some years now and every now and then you drop something that is really impactful to my life .
Just saw this. And I’m obviously late but the effects of what from who to who could’ve been better….Still great inside that I can research off thank you🙏🏽
I wonder if he’s going to see this and comment, given the video is four years old. What I find funny is that before I watched this video I had inherently already started doing a lot of the things that you had recommended because to me it was just like oh I want to be a public speaker this is what I need to do and I started researching immediately… I’m also a social work student I’m almost at my degree and I have like 14 years of sales behind me I’m quite skilled at it. However, I haven’t worked in sales for like a year just because as I work through my social work degree I found there was an ethical imbalance between what I was being asked to sell and what I perceived people needing. I finally realized that public speaking is my purpose, it’s my calling, it’s how I can make the most amount of change and help the most people. Personal irrelevant introduction aside, what do you think of Toastmasters and the national speakers association?
VALUETAINMENT is the best TH-cam channel which had a really big impact on my life .many will say teenagers are on social media a lot. but valuetainment changed a lot in my life thank you Mr.David .continue with your motivation. you can make it 1000000 subscribers is possible. great work sir.
Amazing speaker after listening him I really inspired to be a great speaker One-Day and will do every effort to change thoughts of 7.3 billion. Wao love it.
Thanks for all the videos you make and share with the audience especially me! I am involved in sales and also in leadership and I listen to you everyday as part as my morning rituals of coarse after praying...... But you are awesome thanks!
Thank you so much brother Patrick. I want to share so much tax knowledge on YT but I am too shy to be heard and seen. now I am going to take your advice ✌️so excited. My fav is Tony Robins and Nathanyahu
