It is sad that the show is ending and she never got credit she deserved. So many people say it is a stupid show but what I have seen is that most of the time it is people who just doesn't like female lead shows and female superheroes it is quite sad how most of the female superheroes movies and shows has been sidelined. Melissa's acting has been awesome and she created a superhero that is way above the rest I have loved this show I hope it gets a good ending
I have always felt that Melissa's portrayal of Supergirl is the most underrated character in all of the Arrowverse and DCTV. You can even see it when she almost gets sideswiped on her episode of the annual crossovers. It is so hard for me to find fans who give her and this show justice and you nailed it! Thank you for showing people how great this show is and has been.
And the fact that you can tell this show is on a low budget which really shows when John transforms along with a few other alien species. It’s annoying because the show has so many fans and it’s supergirl, it should be a well produced and well edited show with good cgi and shit, but it’s not. I love the show for the storyline and the characters but I do wish the cgi was better and the show didn’t have a low budget.
I completely agree supergirl doesn't get the credit the other shows get and she is by far one of my favorite superheroes. 100% thanks to Melissa's portrayal of her. I was very skeptical to watch it in the beginning because I knew the Smallville version but I can say that I was very impressed by this show. Wish there would have been more seasons will definitely miss this show especially the sister bond of Alex and kara. This video represents exactly who supergirl/Kara is love this video and love this show. I have loved the entire arrowverse they where by far the best superhero shows but Melissa's portrayal of supergirl has been the best in my opinion

Holy shit, I’m floored. You captured everything that is Kara, everything that is Supergirl. The highs and the lows and you laid them out so beautifully. It’s such an amazing walk through the things she’s been through, and it perfectly encapsulates her character. I got so lost in it that when it was over I was just speechless and totally stunned by how utterly fantastic it was.
