Their bond with eachother is really good; it's clean, pure, celibate, gentle, charitable, and in all other means good- not so much their other relationships, though. I frankly find your "Supergirl Fanvids" to be downright perfect; please do keep them up! What seems to be happening is that Kara came to Earth damaged by the loss of just about all of her neighbors, and reacts to this pain by walling herself off from just about everyone, to avoid any further pain by loss, which she believes is inevitable- the loss, that is. A good part of this is scenes where Kara and Alex are fighting about Kara's human persona... but that's how many siblings by adoption would interact- how these ladies interact.

I do really enjoy this set of visual stories you make, I know something of a malfunctioning computer, perhaps you could be so kind as to inform me of what was going on with your laptop- I just went through a CNT course in Porter & Chester, so I should know something of how to solve it, and did you by any chance save your work? I sure hope so, on say an external disk- that's another wise precaution to take. Also, your projects exist still, in your head, so something of them can be salvaged, I know this personally also, some years ago, you see, some jerk sent me a cryptowall to sabotage my writing machine, and I was able to salvage some material thanks to having some of the material online already- which I just kept on renewing as needed. It was a massive pain, the person who did so was a pirate, really, a modern-day pirate, but it's too impractical to go chasing after them, really, they could be *anybody*. I also liked how this dealt with their crosses, and I especially agreed with Kara's friends when they said "Kara Danvers and Kara Zor-El are the same woman!" to her, I get how she's hurting, also... and I do strongly believe that her biological mommy, whom she finds out survived, some time later on and meets her again, would reiterate that regardless of the DNA makeup, she and her stepsister are very similar in terms of the makeup of the very animus (soul), and similar desires; it really was merely a trick of fate which one wound up adopted by which one's parents- a turn of the clock, as it were, who's the alien and who's the native... it really was totally random. And yes, in this video of yours, they do get into a good degree of catfights in this story you've woven together.
I pretty much say this every time I comment on your videos but I love your editing, and you somehow totally express the heart/spirit of Supergirl and what the show's all about. I also love that you took Kara's speech from season one and showed that as her motivation to get back up.

from 2:36 - 2:40 was my most favorite part of the transitions effects! the video is so touching especially because its all about the Danvers Sisters and they are what i live for! lol i really hope we get a lot of Danvers Sister content now that Mon El is out of the picture for a little bit... I didnt like the fact that just because they both had a new relationship they barely hung out with each other... like no more sister nights or game nights.. hope to see that again

I like the way it flows to the Danvers sisters. I love Kara and Alex's relationship. And it's not superfluous, their relationships play a huge role in the lives of both of them. It is very important for Kara, it is part of Her, and a sense of security and trust in someone helps Kara fight like a Supergirl, because it is her true nature. Kara herself said Alex was her home. And this story with Mon-El and Imra, and a bunch of everything at all times and seasons. I'm glad there's always room for the Danvers sisters. I feel so bad about what's happening right now. Half of that important part of their relationship was gone, just literally forgotten. So many lovely and touching moments. It is evident that Kara is hurt to experience it. SPOILERS By the way, very nice the only thing left in the mind of the Red Daughter is just a name Alex. And when Lex said he was Alex, she trusted him right away. Isn't that wonderful? And the fact that he took advantage of it is not particularly somehow... #danverssistersforever
