Hey Ken, in Australia (especially NSW) they don’t have to declare someone died there- they don’t even have to declare it was a murder home. Buyer beware philosophy. But there are small loop holes. I remember someone legitimately getting their deposit back when they unknowingly tried to buy a murder home where unspeakably horrible things happened. I remember it was really hard though, they have to go to NSW department of fair trading and the media. That’s why most are advised to look through the news history of a suburb to see what happens there before putting in an offer. All the murder houses I knew growing up (generally from domestic violence) normally were quickly knocked down, sub divided and sold for a profit as a duplex or townhouses. A lot of sellers don’t want to take the financial risk of it getting a stigma on the market and sitting there too long. Also the property market in Sydney is so hot you can turn a massive profit doing this. Ohh yeah, that creeper blew the loads puuutatooo outta me
Much love to Scott. That was scary as hell.
I really thought the lady from The Ring was gonna pop out with all that hair everywhere. I was squinting all the time waiting for it. Haha.
Also, sometimes it looked like Ken and Felix's headphones cords met together at the bottom of the screen. Idk why but that seemed so wholesome ^-^
This is my second time trying to get through this video (the house tour specifically) and I gotta say, y’all’s commentary makes it way more bearable. But I’m still scared shitless tbh
I made it through. I will never sleep again. Thx 😂
Here for it…all of it, for ken, for buff, even for Felix lol 🤟🏽
Thanks guys!
Love how Felix was so pleased he could read that sentence at the start of the video but confused hiragana with numbers on the wall
An unsettling classic!
15:35
The "numbers" Ken noticed: ぽりぴろぱぴ 😂
The first house looks like the old school house from Ghost Stories
Looking forward to the future daily vlog "What's up in the Afterlife?" by CinnamonGhostKen
"In California, sellers must tell the buyer if a death in the home has occurred anytime in the past three years. This includes death by most natural causes (certain types of deaths, like those from AIDS, cannot be disclosed)."
wha- bru- do i- f u c k
Because we all know after 3 years ghosts are like "Peace" 👻 ✌
Felix: Statistically, you will for sure hit your toe again
Me: Pfff... Not me! Haven't happened in years!
[1 hour later]
Also me: MY TOE!!!
Pewds just offhandedly saying, "In our house in Japan"( 3:50 ) surprised me when it really shouldn't have
He’s moving to japan
@@fireice8828 What? He is? Why?
Doesn't he live there now? 🤔
@@atmywhitson not yet, covid delayed everything
@@ivanaz6105 yeah, he likes it there. He’s been planning the move for a while but coronavirus has it delayed
doing the same thing over and over again is japanese idea of purgatory/limbo when you died from unusual cause
the dude probably died when there is a typhoon so he is trapped in there doing the same thing over and over
that's also the inspiration of P.T, this idea is quite common among japanese horror folktales
just imagine groundhog days, but you are dead and reality is falling apart
"This is almost as scary as faze rugs house tour" 😂💀
Watching them brings continuous joy and peace to my life . Thank you guys
ken and Pewds reaction vids are the best on youtube, no cap
I'm really enjoying this many collabs with pewds❤❤❤ You guys complement each other so well 😎😎😎
The part about gifts sounds like it should be in an episode of Seinfeld lol
