i imagine computer generated joy playing at when you're given like 4 extra arm powerups and a blood orb and dropped into a pretty long slaughter section
damn, the Computer Generated Joy says that this is not an attack, nor a defense. This... Entertainment . The best music for the inevitable end of the whole world in Ultrakill.
All of this, not for fuel, or survival, or anything like that. it wasn't a task, it was not required, there was no goal. It was for the feeling. I did it for me.
Honestly perfect theming for V1, considering Hell is only allowing the events of Ultrakill to happen for its own eternal, sick, and cruel entertainment.

Computer Generated Joy TYPE: Supreme Machine After the Great Peace, man created a machine that would hold the rest of mankind's intelligence, spirit, and culture. This would also hold all of humanities consciousness. Killing this would mean killing man as we know it. Computer Generated Joy also has a high phycological effect over anyone around it. (Approximately 50 - 76 feet.) This would also affect and put influence onto anything that lives around it. It would generate a feeling of joy around life and machines. TACTICS: -Use your KNUCKLEBLASTER against the machine. -Computer Generated Joy is highly susceptible to Melee attacks. Don't stay near it for too long as it will slowly damage you, and make you slower and your screen darker. Eventually, you will loose control. -Be patient with it. Parry projectiles if you have to! -Computer Generated Joy does not bleed. You cannot heal off of it!
I want someone to animate a slow motion video of V1 casually and gracefully ripping through an entire army of enemies to this music... that would be so dope.
Computer Generated Joy feels like what happens when Hell itself fully makes contact with V1, ALMOST overpowering its directive & "free will" like what it did for the other machines so long ago when humanity tried to close up The Mouth of Hell and turned their own creations against them, as V1 goes on a true killing spree (much like another comment that mentioned a long slaughter section where you get 4 arm powerups and a blood orb), I can imagine errors & warnings popping up onscreen during this section because V1's programming is on the fritz because of Hell's influence that's no longer V1 in the art for that section, that's Hell wearing its metal shell like a suit then I'm guessing that when V1 goes to fight Gabriel the latter beats Hell's influence right out of him, he wants a grand, final fight with the Supreme Machine that bested him two times over, not a braindead, mind controlled bucket of bolts
listened to this while practicing math last night and this made me have an EPIPHANY, like i started to understand what the hell i was doing, thank you. also this track is absolutely beautiful, ESPECIALLY computer generated joy; it feels like it’s all going out with a bang
Computer Generated joy sounds like the game gives you a blood orb, three dual wield coins (4 arms), and tells you that "hard damage is disabled go nuts" and pyrrhic victory is when you turn the corner and find a empty arena...and another...and another MANKIND IS DEAD BLOOD IS SCARCE HELL IS EMPTY
I imagine that during the section where computer generated joy plays, the screen slowly transitions to a red and black color palette as V1 is lost in the pure euphoria of killing.
I was expecting similar vibes to "nothing left to fight for", but the strangely cheerful vibes kinda... make sense... For while whole act and through layers 7 and potentially 8, the songs are sad, depressing, showing that youre nearing the end of not just hell, but any possible fuel sources Soon, blood will run out But here, its feels like V1 has come to terms with it, and going all out, especially with computers generated joy Theres nothing left to fight for. Not blood. Not survival. Not even competition. *So why not have a little fun while you still can?*
@@MEGACHEB ULTRAKILL: INTRAPTURE UST | 9-1 - The Abyss stares Back. It's been my favorite ULTRAKILL UST since it came out and I just keep returning to it over and over, something about it is so emotional and connects deeply with me... and there is yet to be one that causes the same effect on me. OXBLOOD is a master at his work, and his music is some of the best ULTRAKILL fan content out there, more people should listen to it.
@@E-An3thought so, that's kind of the same reason some people like order more than war, they've had it for longer, absorbed more of it, and had more time to emotionally connect with it
@@MEGACHEB I believe it's also because of the sheer shock that it brought me, I mean, at the time there weren't that much ultrakill USTs I believe, and that one stood over the rest the most. I'm pretty sure it's just a coincidence and all, or it's because 6-1 also had a Glory motif, but it seems like 9-1 was the base to give a Glory motif to most 9-1 tracks (again, unlikely but still possible), plus it was the FIRST Treachery fan track ever I believe.

The Crescendo makes me feel a whole wave of emotions, all of which are telling to keep going and to keep pushing, to live for sake of living and having a god damn good time doing it
Its so sad and horrible to think about... The whole world dying, God is gone, hell is completely empty, mankind was (probably) consumed by Hell, heaven without the council nor Gabriel would be an absolute chaos, EVERYTHING is gone, a whole universe in silence.

Most people have the idea of 3 dual powerups and a blood orb for CGJ, and while it's a good one, I have another (though probably worse) One dual powerup, but you become 10x stronger, hard damage and fresheness is disabled, stamina recharges twice as fast, your arms work twice as fast, and refueling is twice as fast too (plus all weapon cooldowns are divided into quarters so imagine spamming your railguns to kill at least 8 hideous masses within 20 seconds) And to top it off you are met with literally all the demons and husks that Hell can send you, aware that you want entertainment and favouring the idea because it wants that too (though like other people have the idea, its influence overpowers you and Gabriel beats it out of you for the climax) Then for 9-2 you are permitted this same buff to kill Gabriel, though the angel deals twice the damage, is twice as fast, has 2 healthbars though each one individually has 800HP and doesn't taunt anymore (plus he enters phase 2 within a second, keeping him off the environment doesn't work anymore) This is the climax for the game, so sorry if my ideas were a bit overkill
