Thank you for the updates and for the video Tania!
11:25 - Such a tragedy. It is so sad to see how much the people have sufferede because of the decisions made in Moscow. You're doing a great thing with talking about the Holodomor. Many people in Western Europe don't know about it. Or they have never heard about the deportations from Krimea (Tatars), Estonia, Latvia...

I had never heard of the Holodomor. A friend told me about it. More died during that time than during the Holocaust. Many Russians died also. Actually, Irish died of famine, many left Ireland and came to US. Tragic.

You’re doing a good job of trying to live a normal life under extremely difficult circumstances. Thanks for making great vlogs. I’m Canadian-Ukrainian. An great uncle of mine who survived Holodomor sometimes spoke of starvation and what his family did to survive like boiling leather and catching birds and rodents to eat. Many he knew starved to death.

Thanks for watching! worth visiting, this museum is a unique place in Ukraine (and the new museum's departments are under construction). Recommend taking a guided tour because the museum is not so big and is a bit chaotic as for me.

While I have known about Holodomor for a while, generally speaking there seems to be a shortage of books on Ukrainian culture and history written in English. I feel that, as part of the effort to separate Ukraine from Russian in the minds of West, Ukrainian writers could focus more on their English audience, just like people like you (Tania) work hard to help us. Keep up the good work Tania.

Thank you so much! I totally agree with you and I hope Ukrainian publishing houses are already working on this to popularize more books in English from ukrainian writers.

What a beautiful city! & with pie shops! This was 1st time hearing about Holodomor, but I will certainly look into it. Your yt vlogs inform the wider world about your country, so keep going. Russian dictators are spiteful green eyed monsters (as if we didn't know already). Shout out to the Air Defence guys & girls. Stay safe, keep warm, keep calm. Love & support from UK. Donated.

I didn't know anything about Holodomor until a year ago. I knew what genocide was in the context of the holocaust. I knew what a famine is in the context of failed crops, like the potato famine in Ireland. But Holodomor? Artificial intentional famine for the purpose of genocide? I'm late, but I'll light a candle anyway.
