This is so far the only Motiongate ride I've seen that actually has a clear, easy to follow story, and I jsut to hold this under the noses of the park developers saying "See, See, This is how make a good dark ride!"
I think it would definitely be neat if they built a Dreamworks themed park in the US. This reminded me of the Harry Potter ride at Universal but your suspended from a track above vs being on an extended arm thing.
Miranda Powell It would just be a giant fantasy themed land right? Lots their successful movies are in the fantasy genre right? Shrek, Kungfu Panda, How to Train Your Dragon
Spring Blaze exactly. that was the first thing my sister said to me when we got off the ride. there needs to be a ride like that for how to train your dragon
Imagine an attraction set up very similar to The wizarding world of harry potter only with a "How to train your Dragon" theme. The Area would designed to look like the area of berk. There would be a gift shop full of How to train your dragon toys and costumes, a restaurant and then a meet and greet area where you would meat people dressed like Hiccup and Astrid and all there friends and an animatronic Toothless. Then there would be a roller coaster similar to the tron ride in japan. Each person would ride their own Night Fury. Sure that may not seat too many people a time but it would totally be worth the wait. I think that's what they should do for the upcoming park "Epic Universe"!
@@Lameashellcosplay Welp to me they didn't specify that so... Also how would you know what this person is meaning? It's entirely up to how you read it smh.
I think they should build a ride coaster with augmented reality goggles that lets you experience really riding in the back of toothless. That would be awesome.
Anyone else wish they'd bring back how to train your dragon live spectacular? I heard about it only last year and now I really wish I had seen it in person :( This looks fun too though.
Woah, I'm actually impressed by this one. Are you sure this is from Motiongate? lmao Also, does this use the same mechanical arm mechanism as the Harry Potter ride at Universal? It looked like the same layout for the most part. edit: wait, nvm. Maybe not. It seems to be suspended from the ceiling itself, not attached to an arm. Still a cool ride though. Too bad it's not worth it to go since it's surrounded by utter shit :/
I actually lived in Dubai for 7 years of my childhood and went to this park a lot. I did ride this ride but I was like 7 back then and I thought it was the scariest ride ever. Now that I look at it I feel like an idiot.
From a theming point this is definitly the Highlight of Motiongate. There are two more decent Rollcer Coasters (incidently all by MackRides) - but their theming is... Well, there... What I didn't get: Madgascar Mad Pursuit is BORING, yet it was the only attraction with any kind of line when I was there. Bullet Train, Green Hornet and Dragon Gliders where more or less show up and board throughout the whole day - and that's what I did, especially on the Gliders ;)

Exactly!
It's actually a roller coaster 😮
@@Eneruess It's both. A coaster/dark ride hybrid. The Mummy ride at Universal is the same category, for example.

Miranda Powell It would just be a giant fantasy themed land right? Lots their successful movies are in the fantasy genre right? Shrek, Kungfu Panda, How to Train Your Dragon
It reminds me some of the ET ride that use to be there...
If they do that then make the rides like flight of passage! That’d be amazing!!

This ride looks suprisingly fun! It has great puppetry, the only thing that bothers me is the use of the tv screens, that could have been better.
it was so good
Wow, a decent ride at Motiongate that doesn't look like a waste of space... Thumbs up!!!
This is a boring video
Ok got to admit, this looks pretty fun. Could use some magic, but fun. Also the toothless dragon at the end was adorable!
it was so good
Agree. the end was very cute, as always
No need to build a DreamWorks park. This will be part of Universal's 4th gate: their new Fantastic Worlds park in Orlando, Florida.
I've been hearing that for Orlando's Dragon Gliders could use the same ride system as Forbidden Journey at IOA.
Epic Universe :-)
Not bad.. the animatronics barely move but they look good.. 👍
Yukosan13 they used to move fluently
Seeing these rides in Dubai makes me appreciate Disney and their use of perspective even more. This was the best one, but that's not saying much.
U trigger me this is DreamWorks XDDD But yeah its hard to pull off great cinematic rides
@@legendarygriffin he knows that its dreamworks, He's saying Disney does rides better

@@legendarygriffin because I have more than 2 brain cells.
@@Lameashellcosplay Sure sure buddy.
This is the only legit E-ticket attraction in this place.
mad pursuit looks great but the theming in this park is awesome
This is probably the only MotionGate ride I’ve seen that looks good so far.
I can tell it might be trying to be Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey. :P At least it does seem appealing and moves quickly eventually.
Oml I got those vibes too
Galaxiimira
I LOVED THAT RIDE
I am so in love with the music
I'm crying
I WANT TO RIDE IT OMG
This would’ve been a great attraction for epic universe in Orlando. Thanks for the video.
Would love to see it at Universal’s Fantastic Worlds when it is built. They’d be silly not to include a How to Train your dragon ride or land
Omg, I don't even care that this is from 2018; I'm still gonna comment that Toothless is just the cutest darn animated (come to life) character, ever!
This looks great, but they seriously need to make a Flight Of Passage style ride for How To Train Your Dragon.
Justin Ho duuuuude YES
They only had the money for half decent show scenes because they couldn't figure out how to make a trackless vehicle hang from the ceiling.
“You heard the lady!” Hahaha Hiccup is such a gentleman
I think they should build a ride coaster with augmented reality goggles that lets you experience really riding in the back of toothless. That would be awesome.
This was a great ride. Same ride system as Arthur at Europa-Park. World class attraction.
DRAGONS!!!😍😍😍😍
I KNOW RIGHT?!?!
This idea and franchise was so COT DAMN GOOD!! We will likely never see its like again.
Omg i didn’t know there was a ride! Thank you so much for this! Please never delete.
Universal NEEDS to make a ride based on How To Train Your Dragon since they own Dreamworks now!
Very close to the Arthur ride... but yeah... totally awesome. EPIC Universe - hope maybe there.
Anyone else wish they'd bring back how to train your dragon live spectacular? I heard about it only last year and now I really wish I had seen it in person :(
This looks fun too though.
That is a REALLY BIG Flightmare
Probably a Titan Wing Flightmare
@@Green.Star_ks ah, that makes sense
I second that of a titan wing or maybe that’s the size in real life
IT WOULD BE COOL IF THEY HAD THIS TO EPIC UNIVERSE!
This looks incredible! I wish Dreamworks had something like this in the United States 😭
It resembles Arthur and the Minimoys ride in Europa Park .The vehicles and the flight over the village are especially similar.
I wanna ride the Minimoys ride so badly!!!!!! 😞
It is the same coaster. Its Bote Build Boy Mack Rides
Universal needs to build this on their parks
I'm going here for my birthday no doubt
I DID not expect this to look this good! Disney World is quaking loll
This is Motiongate Dubai not Disney world
@@UAEforlifeBRO, HE WAS JABBING AT DISNEY.
Omggg they are so lucky where is that place exactly???
?? ?? Read the description
???? It’s in Dubai-motiongate theme park
Does nobody notice that the thumbnail looks soooooo inappropriate?
The whole part of this looks wierd.. .
Martin Marhul I think it just looks weird cause it's a dragon and a human not cause they're guys lol
DUDE STOP
Eclipse /NightMARE_ que pasa?
You sir have a dirty mind.
That looks like a cute ride! Even has my favorite dragon! The flightmare!
Hiccup And Toothless
yes
Woah, I'm actually impressed by this one.

This ride is a suspended powered coaster.
Yeah this is 1 of best ride in motiongate dubai do visit thr u vl never forget
Awesome! I want those in Univeral Studio Florida alike Indiana Jones or The Mummy or other.
Great theming overall, but did anyone else just keep waiting for them to get launched?
It did have a small one
Good ride, the animotronics are a little static but still well themed, I'd give it a 7.5.
I WANT TO GO THEREEEEE IT LOOKS AMAZINGGG
Me too and its like Kung fu panda
I actually lived in Dubai for 7 years of my childhood and went to this park a lot. I did ride this ride but I was like 7 back then and I thought it was the scariest ride ever. Now that I look at it I feel like an idiot.
Now THIS is a good ride, Motiongate.
this is so cool, disney needs to do something like this
I want a Toothless and Hiccup roller coaster with Test Drive blasting in my ears
I love how to train your dragon would definitely go on this ride
I want to see this to be part of the brand new universal epic universe parks how to train your Dragon section.
rollercoaster and how to train your dragon combined in one?
YEA BOIIII awesome
This actually looks awesome! Better than the majority of the screen rides at Universal. I wish they’d get something like this
I would definitely go if this were at Universal Studios theme park. It looks amazing!
I would love to go to a DreamWorks theme park. They should bring one to America.
This looks grand
The only best ride in motiongate
From a theming point this is definitly the Highlight of Motiongate.

My favourite ride at the park
There is a ride?! That is so freaking awesome!!! Thumbs up all the way👍🏻
Finally! A How to Train your Dragon ride!! 😍
Very nice. Only complaint is that the climax seemed rushed a bit. Overall, with a little bit of polish, I think it could go from an 8 to a 10.
This is what the Jurassic Flyers ride in Universal Beijing should’ve been like
They need to do something like this at universal
This ride looks like a lot of fun
HOW DID I NOT KNOW THIS EXISTED
DreamWorks is owned by universal so I really hope they put this in Universal FL
I would definitely want MotionGate to be built in America.
What part of orlando florida is this, is it in disney or in universal?
It’s in a theme park called Motiongate, which is in Dubai, UAE (United Arab Emirates).
I wonder if a version of this is going into Epic Universe 🤔
That looks amazing and so fun
We are getting a how to train your dragon Land at epic universe in Florida how cool is that guys?!😊😲👍
We definitely need a DreamWorks theme park
I want this made to the max, a mix between good animatronics and the banshies flight ride. As it stands now its awsome, I need it ride it
3:01-3:20 Now that needs to the same climax technique for dinosaur train the ride
ヒックとドラゴンだぁ~😆😲✨✨✨トゥース可愛い😊💕💕
I went to this ride and it was packed no kidding
who is the builder, Mack Ride? it looks like Arthur and the Minimoys at Europapark

Same
Saaaaame!!! Never been, but heard of the ride because I LOVE the Minimoys books and movies. :)
Looks like the ride technology that was first rumored for the IOA Harry Potter coaster in Orlando.
Oh the’ll be fine😄
- Hiccup
I want to see Hiccup as a father now if he says that to NEW dragon riders
I need a Hiccup animatronic...for research purposes
IrisFilmProductions ummmm....
Same
This is so awesome! I now am actually interested in going here! Holy smokes!!!
omg i love dragons
i love httyd!
Cool! Where is this?
Amazing ride!!!!
Universal should try making a How to Train your Dragon ride, it should have the same mechanics as the Flight Of Passage at Animal kindom
That looks fun
WHOA THIS IS AWESOME
That actually looked super fun :D
Where you found it D:
Wow I didn’t know there was another inverted powered coaster, I thought that Arthur was the only one that existed
It soo cool and cute
Can I use your Footage for my Video you will get credits!?
This... is... my... dream
Looks awesome!
That is so cool
Where is this and how can I get there
They should make this a movie
I HAVE TO RIDE THIS
This is cool and they should definitely make something like this at universal, but all I got to say is it should be improved on. Like the ride stopping just for the video kind of kills the experience. Like at Disney world they have rides like this but the motion never stops so you don't feel like your suddenly watching a clip of something.
