I heard this song yesterday and fell in love with it. I belong to a group called Responsible Cat's Ownership Stirling Perth WA and it is what we are trying to educate people to keep your cats at home. I never heard of this song before but please get it out there to make a impact of keeping our Cats safe and our wildlife safer.
Unfortunately, this morning I found a cat by my driveway that had been killed last night. I don't know whose cat he was, but I thought I'd send him off with this I realize it's kind of a flippant song, but I think there's a kind-hearted thought in there, too.
My brothers and I found a tape when we were young with this song on it, and we ended up learning it word for word, and used to sing it down at the RSL to all the old blokes, they loved it
