Wow! I guess it depends on what part of the country you live but for the price of this mobile home I can buy a real home with land for that price. Around here to buy a mobile home that cost that much it'd have to be a double or triple wide one. I personally *would not* pay that kind of money for a mobile home no more than I'd pay 60 grand for a tiny home.

Mobile homes, are cheap in Ohio. You can get a 16x80 3 bed 2 bath.. for under 30! Depending on options! Includes delivery and setup.
Oh yeah? Im from Valley Forge; getting divorced after 30 yrs. She actually has relatives in Shadyside Oh. I was out there a few X’s- LOVED IT out there! And my house is worth about $150, but, U can buy a $300K house there, for that much! Now, IDK what I’m gonna get out of this mess($), but I always though that ‘we’ could move out there.

Cost on this home is $102,000.00 with added options as seen in video. To do a build it starts at $86,000.00 plus taxes and freight.

Anthony Coyle 40k would be really pushing it meadowlark cabins here I come! 12k for a 1 bdrm 1 bath cabin check out meadowlark log homes and cabins there cheep if you can put them togather if not they say multiply by 6 Times for final costs 10k becomes 60k because labor ain't free my plan is buy land buy cabin hire Mexicans to put it togather.problem is where do I find Mexicans willing to work for 30 bucks an hour?

I love how they put an expensive looking fridge and then cheap ass wall board with trim like a mobile home. This would be 30 grand in my area and for that price you could buy a 30 x 70 doublewide 4 bedroom mobile home built about the same as this

It's similar to the Clayton Groton, 16 X 44, 2bed/1bath. They are in the $50,000s range in Arizona. The porch is optional for approx. $10,000.
Yes the walls are Vinyl over 5/16 drywall. all our homes will have OSB sheeting on the exterior walls behind the drywall. Doing Full tape and paint is an option on all homes but with a greater cost. there are benefits to the vinyl drywall such as easy to clean and you do not have to repair cracks and paint.

I wish the camera angle was better in some the room you showed. I loved how big the kitchen was.
I like shotgun houses, but nobody wants to build one. Everyone is stuck on these 80x120 2 story "as big as you can afford" mansions. Hopefully in future small homes will become more popular. They cost less to heat and cool that makes them ( green ) as you're not heating all that wasted space. Most people don't have 10 kids these days, so it's time to downsize. Plus shotgun shacks look really cool
I want to live in a tiny home but I'm disabeled most of them have loft for bedrooms so not good for me I will eventually be in a wheelchair so mobile home is ideal. It's just for me and my 12 yr old.so I think a single would work out great. Less to clean and just living mini.al appeal s to me.

Looks cheap.....the little stips running up and down all walls screams wall board like mobile homes rather than cabin. Cheap cheap and by my math 16 x 50 is 800 s.f. lol. Wow people ripping people off bad here. I call this cheapo depot.....bet this is equivalent to a mobile home in which this would absolutely be over priced.

Dude it's not wood build, it's manufactured housing... it's cheaper than 20,000 which is still way less expensive than a 12x18 WOOD BUILT tiny home. BTW, my 784 sq ft manufactured home cost 21,000 inc tax ( and it's energy Star) - I added 15,000 in improvements & now have a gorgeous home for way less than stick built

You can build a 16x40 for 25k if you do 90% of the work yourself
the smaller the home the higher the cost per sq ft to build is . you still have all the major componets to build your home but all the empty sq ft is less. my experiance is tiny homes can be very expensive and are more labour intensive . Our home has allot of upgrades that brought the cost up as well.

I'm sorry but I can't do a kid size master bedroom 😖 ...these buildings are perfect for a (1 Bedroom ) and for a single or a couple with no kids...the moment u try to start squeezing 2 or 3 bedrooms in this size building is not good...

$95,000.00 according to below. You can get a double wide a lot nicer than this for half the price around my area! They are jacking up prices of these storage buildings because some people are living in them. In my area the tuff storage buildings are up $5,000 in just 10 months because of this trend!! Now they are too much to pay to get it for just storage. Not right! You can have the shed built for less than half the price they are trying to sell these for now. So sad! And remember these are only 16ft. wide that's a single wide trailer.

Nice finishes but...Check out a comparable home from Palm Harbor for the Pacific Northwest Area called the Paradise. It is 15 by 48 and with the upgrade package (9 ft ceilings, custom finishes) goes for about $60,000 and has more windows and seems to utilize the space better than this larger home. They also make a version for the Texas/Oklahoma area.
