Same thing. I haven't celebrated my birthday or any other celebration (like christmas etc.) for the last 7 years or so. Everyone telling me I should celebrate and enjoy life while I can and I'm like WTF celebrate what? Being poor and powerless? I will celebrate being alive every day when I'm rich and successful and when I have self-respect.

I don’t think you should let your grind make you think that you’re a bad person because you might not be there for people in the beginning stages but you were still helping thousands of people out there and through that, you will build yourself up to a higher level of wealth to where you can give back to your loved ones 10 times more than you were able to now. So being selfish in the beginning, can actually be unselfish in the long term if you have the goals of being able to give back.
