Most often drúg consumers don't get arrested as they chose to go for rehab. Whereas drúg peddling is a non bailable offense. NCB arrested Rhea under stringent charges to push a fake narrative that she was part of some drug cartel. Bombay HC trashed NCB's charges and granted her bail. Just like Sushant she bought drugs but she wasn't selling it to Sushant for money or to anyone else. If buying drugs makes one a drug peddler then by NCB's own logic Sushant is a bigger peddler than anyone arrested in the case. NCB themselves claim he was using his staffs to buy drugs in 2018 long before his relationship with Rhea. NCB didn't arrest Sushant's sister Priyanka Singh also. His staffs have given statements that she used to attend drug parties hosted by her brother. NCB arrested Rhea only bcoz CBI cld'nt blame her for his suicide. The whole world was baying for her blood and they have to stage arrest to pacify the public. Later NCB failed to challenge Rhea's bail and last month one accused got discharged from the case itself. Go and watch interviews of lawyer Vikas Singh. Without possesion of drugs no arrest is valid. That's why NCB didn't arrest all the actresses they paraded before their office.

When families don't stick together, it gives room for outsiders to step in. Sushant needed the unwavering support of his loved ones more than anything Rhea could ever offer. He had five sisters-they should have reassured him that no matter what, they were not going to leave him alone. Women, especially sisters, have strong instincts. I know this firsthand. Whenever my sister is feeling low, I check up on her every 10 minutes. To be honest, everyone failed him. Politicians seem to get more attention than Rhea was given a chance to prove her innocence. Are fights in love uncommon? Is blocking someone we love uncommon? Poor Sushant was putting up posts on Instagram that clearly indicated his state of mind. Whenever my sister or a friend posts anything concerning, I immediately call them. In cases like these, no boyfriend or girlfriend can provide the level of support that family can. Family knows us inside out, from our childhood to the present, so they should have never left his side. They should have cheered him up, or at the very least, made sure he was video calling them regularly. The real tragedy here is how the system failed Sushant by solely focusing on blaming his girlfriend. Yes, relationships can be complicated, and conflicts happen, but the responsibility of ensuring someone's mental well-being lies first and foremost with their family. Instead of pointing fingers at Rhea, there should have been a broader conversation about how Sushant was let down by those closest to him and how our society and system failed to provide him with the necessary support. The focus should have been on ensuring his well-being, rather than finding a scapegoat.
It’s disheartening that his family later claimed she was giving him drugs. But I can’t help but wonder-why did they need a CBI investigation to uncover this? If they had been around him, they would have known much earlier and could have taken steps to help him while he was still alive. When crucial information comes more from outsiders than from within the family, it’s a clear sign of discord. If the family had been truly involved and present in his life, they would have been the first to notice something was wrong, not the last.
@sheri9570 yes what you said is absolutely true and well articulated. A lot of sisters show love for their brothers but once they're married they have their families and are least bothered and usually love to blame their wife or girlfriend if something happens to the boy.

Whenever i watch such podcats i find that the host doesn't ask any question about the sensitive topic. She was not asked anything about sushant death. She has her own grieving phase but she lost her bf too. Even in Raj shamani podcast of Kangana she was asked a whole lot on peripheral topic but not about her comments made on farmer protest. Gradually the podcast is becoming tool to cleanse their dirty image, focusing on their spiritual journey.

NCB themselves claim he was using his staffs to buy drugs in 2018 long before his relationship with Rhea. NCB didn't arrest Sushant's sister Priyanka Singh also. He had five sisters-they should have reassured him that no matter what, they were not going to leave him alone.
Women, especially sisters, have strong instincts. I know this firsthand. Whenever my sister is feeling low, I check up on her every 10 minutes. To be honest, everyone failed him. Politicians seem to get more attention than Rhea was given a chance to prove her innocence. Are fights in love uncommon? Is blocking someone we love uncommon? Poor Sushant was putting up posts on Instagram that clearly indicated his state of mind. Whenever my sister or a friend posts anything concerning, I immediately call them. In cases like these, no boyfriend or girlfriend can provide the level of support that family can. Family knows us inside out, from our childhood to the present, so they should have never left his side. They should have cheered him up, or at the very least, made sure he was video calling them regularly.
The real tragedy here is how the system failed Sushant by solely focusing on blaming his girlfriend. Yes, relationships can be complicated, and conflicts happen, but the responsibility of ensuring someone's mental well-being lies first and foremost with their family. Instead of pointing fingers at Rhea, there should have been a broader conversation about how Sushant was let down by those closest to him and how our society and system failed to provide him with the necessary support. The focus should have been on ensuring his well-being, rather than finding a scapegoat.
It’s disheartening that his family later claimed she was giving him drugs. But I can’t help but wonder-why did they need a CBI investigation to uncover this? If they had been around him, they would have known much earlier and could have taken steps to help him while he was still alive. When crucial information comes more from outsiders than from within the family, it’s a clear sign of discord. If the family had been truly involved and present in his life, they would have been the first to notice something was wrong, not the last.

Whenever i watch such podcats i find that the host doesn't ask any question about the sensitive topic. She was not asked anything about sushant death. She has her own grieving phase but she lost her bf too.
Even in Raj shamani podcast of Kangana she was asked a whole lot on peripheral topic but not about her comments made on farmer protest.

I grew up watching teen diva & was a fan of Rhea. There was so much that happened during lockdown that we all overlooked.
