@@randomdreamer5429 It was a month ago and she still doing well. In fact she is on the good path, clearly. She do again her hobbies, she go to see her friends (before the second lockdown, we are in France). So, it a very good beginning. Every things is not perfect, but now she has hope :-)
“I actually wrote it quite a long time ago, I was quite a little bean back then,” AURORA told NME. “I just always felt like this song had quite an imaginative soul. I was a very imaginative child and wrote this song after reading the book The Secret Garden for the first time. When they asked me to make a song for the movie remake, I was so happy and tried to pitch them this old song. It was so meant to be.”
She continued: “It was always about finding this magical place in this garden, which can also symbolise shelter. The world can be quite harsh and difficult, especially nowadays. It can feel darker than it is.

This makes me want to run into the woods and move to a small cottage with another girl and our three cats. We'd have a magical garden that looks quite normal at first: there would be vegetables, flowers and berries. But in reality the garden would be filled with fairies living in there and the flowers would sing beautifully all day long. When we would visit the nearby village to sell vegetables from our garden, everyone would call us "really close friends" and wonder where our husbands are. We would just giggle as an answer and go back home to bake bread together. The cottagecore dream. 🌻🍓🌈🧺

i've been struggling with severe depression and eating disorders for 5 years now, and have thought about taking my own life several times. and i've always heard people saying that they didn't kill themselves because of artists and such, but i never really understood how can someone you don't even know save your life. until i learned about aurora a few years ago. she saved me. i have some hope in human kind left thanks to this amazing human being that she is, everytime i'm struggling and think about ending everything, i remember her and try to think what words she would tell me in that moment. i always cry watching her perform or her documentaries, but those are tears of joy. thanks aurora, for being such an amazing person and saving my life, know you'll always recieve lots of love from me!

hours before this video got posted here, i tried to end my life. when i heard this song for the first time, i cried like ive never cried before. i felt like this song unraveled all my pain and her voice was like a warmth that embraced me so tenderly it felt like she was speaking to me directly. i still cry to it everytime i hear this song.
kinda weird too bc the secret garden was a pretty strong memory of my childhood. i read the book and i have had recurrent dreams about the garden.

In the music industry, musicians come and go out of the spotlight as trends change and times change. Musicians often have relevance for a very short period in their lives before being replaced with someone more hip and fresh. Especially in mainstream pop. But I think that Aurora exists in a different vein entirely. Her music has so much soul and heart. Its separated from the way standard media industries work. As long as her music continues to have the amount of depth and emotion that it does now, I think that Aurora will always be a successful musician. I wish her success in the future because her music is truly soul food

I just got into an argument with my dad and I was crying in my room. Then I remembered that this song came out hours ago and I thought how this was the right moment to listen to Aurora. So I did and to have this song right when I need it is such a comfort. I loved the book a lot when I read it, so much that I wrote a little story after finishing it. When her lyrics sang "you seem lost your body and your mind", I cried harder because I really need to run away from home sometimes but the plague won't let me. So right now I'm stuck in my bed trying to heal myself while listening to this song. I hope to see that secret garden inside me someday when this is over.
