I don't know many other people that would even consider walking into the gym with a broken wrist let alone qualify for semis through 5 separate workouts. Chandler Smith has to be one of the toughest competitors out there.

As a fellow “FOOSHer” I feel for Chandler and wish him the best. I dealt with a broken wrist for several years before getting health insurance and having surgery to have it bolted back together. He’s tough but I hope he doesn’t do more damage by continuing to train through the pain.

My coach had us do the lunging crossover workout last week. I scaled it to half the weight and they told us to try crossovers for 40 sec and just finish out the set with singles. Really great way to scale the workout. Tough, but surprisingly, I found that the lunges got easier as the workout went on.

You gotta love Dani, such a fun and positive attitude, and the thing she said about her goal to be a role model for women to be strong and reach full potential and not aim for "an ego competition" for the podium? damn straight!

Thank you all for your consistently positive attitude. I haven't been able to actually do Crossfit in years due to several injuries and a foot reconstruction that I had to get done in 2020. I wanted to know if you all have ever had any chronic injuries or conditions and, if so, how have you worked with/around them to still be in such great shape and go as hard as you do?

Please double check, but that no rep for Mars on test 3 was a rep. Reading the standards this year it did not specify that rule, just if you jump all the way over the box, but not when stepping down. I got curious after seen other elite athletes making the same "fault"
