how the AP works?
I mean first turn got 1 AP and second turn got 2
Then back to the first player it should be 3 right?

The going First player has 1 AP at the 1st Turn.
The going Second player has 2 AP at the 1st Turn.
The going First player has 2 AP at the 2nd Turn.
The going Second player has the same 2 AP for the 2nd Turn.
The going First player will have 3 AP at the 3rd turn.
Same goes for the Second player.
So yes you are correct. Do not mind the video gameplay as players usually are already accustomed to the number of AP they get in a turn, and would not be flipping accurately.
