I have one question, please answer me: Why do you have to pour a little bit tea out of shaker into the cup before you open the shaker's lid to pour the rest out?
Usually when you shake up a drink it'll create lots of bubbles and foam. To stop it from overflowing it's best to pour some tea out first so the cup isn't as full when you open the lid up!

It solely depends on the area the boba shop is located and how many customers enter the shop on a daily basis. If it's a busy shop, then more employees will be need to work together, if not busy, then 1 person will do. It just depends😅
In my boba tea shop we measure 125g of loose tea leaves, we put them in reusable tea bags that you tie with string (you can do it with no tea bags and brew it loose but remember to filter it out at the end) and then we add about 5-7 litres of water to the teas. However, the water amount that you put in depends on how popular that type of tea is (more popular = more tea needed = more water) and how much you'll need the the specific days. So for example, if you know Mondays and Saturdays are you busiest days, you'll need more tea, so add more water. If the rest of the days aren't that busy normally, put in less water.
