    Watched this as part of my prep for a job interview I have for a role that uses success factors for payroll. I have experience with an equivalent system, but it is useful to understand how similar it is And all the functions this system provides. Thanks for this great video, I appreciate it!

    Hi,
    I had worked about nine years in SAP HR Payroll Module as a Key User. Now I want to learn the HR Success Factor through online. But I hope it will be easier for me to learn it through someone who knows Tamil along with English. Can you suggest on this.

    • @erpiseasy
      @erpiseasy  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi, Thank you for your comment. I personally only recommend official SAP trainings. Unfortunately I am not aware of other training providers that may suit your requirements. There are lots of training institutes available in Chennai that might be suitable. But please research carefully before spending money as there are few scammers as well. Good luck.

    Hi Aroon Raj, I have 3years of experience as a Recruiter, I want to learn SAP SuccessFactors, which module is recommended "Employee Central" or "Recruitment " or "onboarding", please suggest.
    Thanks

    • @erpiseasy
      @erpiseasy  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Sumana, I would suggest you to start with the SuccessFactors Recruitment module. Since you have already worked as a recruiter, the business process of the Recruitment module will be easy for you to quickly grasp the concept. Once you have learnt that, you can jump into other modules like onboarding and employee central.
      Good luck

      Hi, SuccesFactors is widely used among medium and big organisations globally. WorkDay is up and coming but still SF is the market leader in this category.
      I would suggest you to learn through platforms like Udemy and SAP learning journeys which are free. OpenSAP had also got SF courses which are free.
      Once you have done those, then check out the SAP training and certification shop training.sap.com/content/sap-successfactors-hr-training-and-certification
      Good luck

    • @erpiseasy
      @erpiseasy  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Tara, SAP SF has got great potential. You can either become a HR advisor specialising in SF's or you can become a SF functional consultant depending on your interest. A lot of mid-size and big companies use SF's. Also there is demand for SF consultants in service providers like HCL, Infosys, TCS, CTS, etc. I wish you all the best.

    Currently im working in NTT DATA as Vendor Management Senior Associate and we are the end user of Success Factor and Fieldglass.

      @erpiseasy  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi Ram,
      Thanks for reaching out. Based on your current experience, I would suggest you take a look at the SuccessFactors Talent Management modules. It includes Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Succession & Development.
      It is a good module to start learning SuccessFactors especially if you are a beginner. You can start learning the modules one by one and prepare for the official SAP certification which will improve your job opportunities.
      Please find the list of SAP certifications for SuccessFactors at this link - training.sap.com/content/sap-successfactors-hr-training-and-certification
      Hope this help and wish you all the best!
