Hi, start with the basics. I have made a 2 hour video course in my channel which would be a good start to learn the basics. Then try to specialise in a module that you are interested in.

Anyone can learn SAP as long as you have the interest and a basic understanding of the relevant processes, functions or technology. I would suggest you start learning a module of SAP based on your interest or educational background.
