Interesting, I've never seen this map layout before and it's not listed in the supposedly "complete" list of all possible maps, either. It even looks like the airport and RS line up perfectly, which only 4 maps can have and this isn't one of them. Regardless, this is a really pretty island! 🥰

My island is Enchanted Library themed and this island’s terraforming has become my new inspiration ❤❤❤
I love the Zen Garden as a way to kind of disguise the Plaza, that's so creative! and I am OBSESSED with the tea farm, that is SO unique!

Those are custom codes! :) You unlock them as the game progresses, and can download them via the "custom designs" and "custom designs portal" app!
