Hi. Does anyone know if you can unlock and/or change code remotely while not being home? Or is it something where you have to be near it with WiFi or Bluetooth
Yes, the Billconch app can be used to change the password for a Billconch gun safe: Open the main menu interface Press 1 to enter the password management menu interface Select the option you want to modify by pressing the corresponding number key The options are Administrator Password Setting, Unlocking Password Setting, and Bluetooth Password Setting
My safe won’t connect to the app, I don’t know why… I’ve tried looking up videos but can’t seem to find anyone that has the same problem as me… I go to connect the safe and all it does after I enter the connection password is it will connect and then pop up enter password again and connect and then go off and ask for password again and it goes on and on and on and won’t stay connected… do you know what’s wrong with it..?
Hey Tyler, It sounds like a password issue. I know when you set up the box it requires three different passwords and they can't be the same. You should have set up an admin PW, unlock PW, and BT or bluetooth PW. When setting up the app you have to enter the BT PW. If you try to enter the admin or unlock PW's it won't connect to the app. I hope this helps you and thanks for watching!
@@TheEndGrainWorkshop mine is a little different tho.. it only have admin password and then connection password which the manual says is set to all 0… I have tried both and as I said if it was wrong password it wouldn’t connect at all then but it does connect and then it restarts the connection process, so that’s why I’m confused on what’s wrong

Their biometrics suck. It’s not very accurate and in a life or death scenario you’d probably be dead. My fingerprint fails multiple times.
