Kinda unrelated but anyone wants to dive into the Overwatch lore. I highly recommend reading the Overwatch YA novels “Deadlock Rebels”, “ Hero Of Nembani”, and “Sojourn”. As their fun sci-fi books that add a lot to origins of Hero’s like Ashe and Sojourn.

Other lore you should definitely look into include Gundam (universal century, post calamity, or cosmic era), Destiny, Halo, and W40k. I think these would all be solid options for the channel

For franchises we haven't seen in years I'd also highly recommend Resistance and Killzone. Despite the deaths of these series, there is some amazing lore to them and have that grim dark military sci-fi feel that Gears has
