Thanks for your comment! I’ve noticed that too-it’s interesting how some places seem to have mastered the art of playing on emotions as part of their business approach. It can definitely feel like a 'game' sometimes, especially when you’re navigating the touristy areas. Bali has its charm, but experiences like these can make it feel a bit transactional at times.
I think I would recommend Laos, as your next destination, it’s more traditional and less touristy imo. I have been to Vientiane, Vang Vieng and Luang Prabang, each place is very different and definitely worth spending time to explore. Then it would be easy to re-enter northern Vietnam by air to Hanoi from maybe Luang Prabang, hope this helps in your decision Hamid 😊. Oh and I highly recommend Ninh Binh about 2 hours south of Hanoi, absolutely amazing scenery and friendly people 👍. Happy Christmas 🎄
Hi Roy, thank you so much for your guidance as always! I'm heading to Laos next week, and your insights are really helpful. I appreciate the recommendation; Laos sounds amazing, and I can't wait to explore the traditional and less touristy vibe you mentioned. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your girlfriend! Wishing you both a wonderful holiday season. 😊
I have a Wise card and it only has a 4 digit PIN number, on there web site if the ATM only accepts a 6 digit number you just need to put two zeros before your pin number!
@@roygoad2870 Hi Roy, thanks for the tip about the Wise card! I was actually looking into opening an account with Wise the other day, and it seems like a great option for travelers. The info about the PIN is super helpful-good to know how to handle the 6-digit ATM requirement. Appreciate you sharing that!
@@Hamidstravel nw after all you experience you think its nice there? I know you liked the kitchen :-) I miss so much but then again.....I dont also! Then again you are on holiday trips so its different for you
In Bali, the playing on feelings and playing "love games" is the biggest business !!!
