Sensible soccer.. I've heard great things, and this looks the way it should. WHOA.. it plays much faster than i expected! Nice looking game, simple, straightforward, but not easy. Gotta love the old footy games, from way back when passive offsides hadn't even been thought of yet! 😂 I love the replays!
Ok Jon, this is up there with the best retro footy games around mate, it is very simple and straightforward, but I had a lot of great times playing this with my bro and mate in the 90s😃 It was ahead of it time with all the things you can change, and especially the sequel which had all leagues and cups around the world on too. Making ya own team up is the best, sure we had a pub team with all my mates in, I might do a couple of TH-cam teams next time for a laugh 😆 ⚽️ Cheers for watching buddy ✌️ 😊

@@stewsretroreviews there were only two real candidates on the Amiga and it was these two. Great times playing both with mates but we'd often end on a Kick Off 2 to end the night. Couldn't get into other more modern Football games after these. Best of luck with the channel
Dear me, Alan Hansen would have had something to say about the defending for Germany's third goal! Where were your centre-backs? :) What a tense finish to the Northern Ireland game :) The menu music is great, even better than the music in SWOS, which was also good. I loved Sensi but after playing Pro Evo on my PS2 for a few years I tried going back (via a modern PC version re-release in about 2005) and I couldn't get used to the speed (not to mention not having a proper joystick to use! Needs an old school Amiga joystick to play Sensi properly, in my opinion). I used to have good skills as a kid on Sensi, my brain must have been running at double its current clock speed :) I played against my mates occasionally, my brother too, though I usually beat him handily and it wasn't long before he quit in frustration (him being AC Milan or Man United and me still beating him with Maccabi Haifa didn't go down well) :). I got so much out of Sensi in single player, it was my go-to game for years.
