Great video and nice work on the rifle. I have the 16” version 308 and really enjoyed using it this hunting season. It shoots barnes 130’s around 1970 fps that gave fantastic results on white tails. I’m happy to see that not only a barrel swap, but also an entire caliber swap is within reach on those rascals. Thanks again for the info
Awesome build! You do great work.
Yes, more manufacturers need to produce lightweight AR platforms.
I agree

Do you know what the weight of it was when you were finished?
Nice work. I thought a 7mm-08 would be cool to have on chambered in. Glad to see others see the potential of the platform.
7mm 08 is a great roubs
These size frames are definitely the future once other companies pick them up
I agree. Everyone is wanting a scaled down ar10
Any AR15 handguard will work on the SFAR same goes for charging handle, and the trigger is 4.5 pounds stock 2 stage.
Thank you for the information
That's pretty cool! 👍
It was a fun build

They are a compact little rifle
The reciever set you want is the Dark Storm Industries DS25
I will check them out
Can you do a 45 raptor with a faster twist barrel with one of these?
I don’t have that reamer.
Did the you have to tinker with mag to get it to feed, or did the 308 mag work?
No it fed great
Does 22cm use a 6.5cm bcg
It does. Same bolt head diameter as a 308
How much dose it cost to do that
Unfortunately I do not feel the ruger SFAR is a platform worth building off of. I don’t offer them after toying with this one
