Walaikumsalam. Hernia is a very broad term. Generally speaking, one may have hernia around umbilicus, groin, or around previous surgical scar. Please let me know which type of hernia you have, I shall try to upload few videos to explain hernia.

Thank you for the comment. To have small gall stones 6-7 mm is very dangerous, as these can slip into common Bile duct, if so, you may get jaundiced and severely ill, may need ERCP another big procedure in addition to surgery, needed to remove gall bladder. I don’t know any patient, whose gall stones get cured , without surgery, laparoscopic gall Bladder removal is 24 hours job, you can feed your child just before and few hours after surgery, yourself In Sha Allah.
My advice is to get your Gall Bladder removed in your earliest
