Good stuff .. gonna watch vid again later ( with mrs next time , and yes since she's got her first rifle earlier on my his year , shes taking interest big time )too make sure ive took it all in .. sounds gone on my FX chrono while testing BSA Goldstar pellets (.22) aint a techno kinda guy , guessing its the phone , rather then the chrono ( and YES , ive pressed the audio ON .. anyway .. great vid .. watching again later
Might just be the slug is a bit to heavy for 12 foot pound rifles,I mean honestly if it’s doing 19 mm groups , then if you shoot and you’re just of centre by 1 mm you miss or worse wound your prey ,personally I wouldn’t like to risk it with anything heavier than a 10.65 pellet or slug and all my guns are in.177 calibre
That's generally my rule if thumb Max = 10.6 in .177 Max = 16 in .22 In the process of trying heavier weights , which mark has had good results in .. but I think in the cold light of day , my original usages will suffice ... defo gonna source some 10 grn slugs to try though ..
@@markhomer5704 if you’ve got a daystate rifle try the mako’s that Marc tested I found them really good in my wolverine C ,really tight group at 30 yds
@@teamfugldriverpops7850 Yeah , ill see if I can source a sample pack of the heavier ones .. but defo gonna try the lighter ones , once there available ... got wolverine R & MK4 .. btw ..
Job well done Sr. Good data
Thanks for the video, Knock out slugs BAD, got it.
THANK YOU FOR SHARING . 👍

Great video. Shame they didn't group better with some flyers. Some of the grouping was good but not fully consistent.
i have a bsa mk1 in 177 and these slugs was jamming in my barrell....why is this
Not my swing the notification and instantly tapping on it 😂
I CAN'T MAKE ANY SENSE OF YOUR COMMENT ???
@@LEE-ON-TOUR sorry mate I meant as soon as the notification popped up on my screen I tapped on it I made a typing error

After about five shots, I would have gone back to a pellet.
I use knockout 13.4 with my sniper xr and up to 70 mtr is 1.5 cm c toc.if you go up to 840 fps is very easy to shoot up to 100 mtr any game.
Airgun101 just got two tins from there on line shop
Tbh I don't think youl hit a barn door with that setup. Really bad grouping
If they aren't grouping why adjust the scope? Hardly inspiring to be honest. Not too bad isn't a ringing endorsement.
i have seen 12 G shotguns put better groups in than those.
Not powerful enough for slugs 10.49grain is my max and i shoot 17ftpd get good results...shoot out of spain.
