When I first started looking into Orthodoxy a few years ago, your videos really helped me understand what I was getting into. Now, as a member of the Orthodox Church, I’m rewatching the Great Lent videos to help me stay focused on this journey. I am thankful to God for this wonderful content.
Really good. I enjoy the videos. I view them as professional and effective. It's a good idea to prep people for the week ahead of us, so we are focused and prepared to enter into the mind of the church, what we ought to be thinking about, weekly. I am still a catachumen and am looking forward to one day being recieved. Peace, in Christ.
The other videos have also been helpful, yes. I will pray for you guys, that you do not lose momentum, but gain greater momentum, in the ministry that you provide for the media public, God willing, amen.
Thank you again for a beautiful explaination. God has given you this talent and may He continue to give His Grace to you and all for many more beautiful videos. Glory be to God. God bless you and all of your loved ones Steve.
I’m trying hard to come to terms with this. I watched someone die this past weekend. I don’t understand how death can possibly lead to life. I don’t understand how I can hang on my cross. I don’t expect to understand, I suppose. What old self am I dying to if I keep sinning? How can people die?? I don’t even understand that. I cared for a body that wasn’t breathing anymore. Watching a body God made that isn’t alive anymore. How can life come out of that.
@@mamafortuin New episodes are every Monday during the season. We normally released them later in the evening (at 7:30pm Eastern). But we've bumped them up to 4:30pm so it doesn't conflict with Compline during Lent.
even us whom he has called, not from the Jews only but also from the Gentiles? As indeed he says in Hosea, “Those who were not my people I will call ‘my people,’ and her who was not beloved I will call ‘beloved.’” “And in the very place where it was said to them, ‘You are not my people,’ there they will be called ‘sons of the living God.’” Romans 9:24-26

Where is the church featured in the video, it is absolutely beautiful. ☦️💜
I'm guessing this is a Greek orthodox church in New York. Not exactly sure where tho

Hi, Steve,
Are the Be the Bee episodes released at the same day and time every week?
