As a fan, I would count Dallas vs. Miami as a Finals Rematch. Even though there were 5 years apart, it was so good to see Dallas beat Miami in 2011 after getting beaten in 2006 by questionable officiating (even though the Mavs benefitted from Tim Donagie in the Western Conference Finals).

Yeah that one's a touchy subject. I kept it to rematches in consecutive years.
