A once in a lifetime type of player. The instincts, hustle and knowledge for the game will always be unmatched. I still cannot believe this interception. In terms of importance, it may not be the highest but in terms of pure difficulty, I am not sure I have ever seen one this great.
Roethlisberger foreshadowing the end of the postseason with a clutch drive here. The officiating to finish this game was hilarious. It was a replacement ref level of nonsense that you hardly see from the top officials in the NFL.

This game was nuts! A low-scoring affair with, the most unforgettable interception I’ve ever witnessed! It may not have been the most important pick of Troy’s career.. but it sure was a special one!!!

This was the only Steelers game - the only pro football game, actually - that I ever got to watch in person. After Troy's interception, my kids and I had our eyes glued to the end zone screen to watch the replays 'cause we couldn't figure out how he'd managed to pull it off. The end of the game was ridiculous - we all milled around for a good ten minutes waiting to see if Troy's TD return counted, only to finally hear "The game is over" on the loudspeakers with no explanation. I had to go home and bring up a sports site on my computer to find out what the ruling was on the play.

9:24 James Harrison doing James Harrison things. Looks like he’s ripping through the gates of hell, leading the charge. Getting fn’ double teamed by two guys that both out weigh him by nearly a hundred pounds and they still can’t hold him back. Most underrated player to ever lace up on the gridiron. This just goes to show coaches and scouts absolutely suck at what they do. Get rid of politics.

Glad you showed the ending, one of the most blatantly fixed endings in football history. Either vegas told the NFL this was one of that week's "chosen" games to keep within a particular point spread or the booth umpire had money on the chargers. Notice when Parker scored the TD, there was an immediate flag that negated that...then a last ditch play that unexpectedly went for a scoop and score gets wiped off before the extra point can be kicked by the booth ump telling the ref on the field to say that a forward lateral happened and that because it happened in the field of play when the clock was expired, the game ends right there! Yep he retroactively stopped a game when the ball wasn't downed or out of bounds. Ludicrous. The ref had the call correct the first time, but that ump desperately was gonna make up some non-existent rule just to keep that score off the board because I believe Pit was favored by 3 or 4 at vegas odds. No flags by any ref on the field, no forward lateral can be seen of the three that were attempted and the ball was live for the entire time up to Troy's TD. Only false starts or encroachments can stop a play from happening. All plays continue til the ball is no longer live regardless of penalties, then penalties are assessed afterwards. Hours later the NFl made a statement that the ending call was incorrect, but they don't mind doing that on controversial ref gaffes because they know it won't change anything...Vegas made their money and they got their kickback percentage. I'm a Steeler fan but in recent yrs, it's harder to watch football. Last year was such a cash grab it was ridiculous. After two tough covid yrs, Vegas and sports league's in general had lost revenue, so to make up that cash, they steered most of the games to close nailbiters week after week and damn near every playoff game, to keep viewership up and pop spreads. Not to mention the gob of overtime games last season as well, because OT moots all bets and Vegas takes in 100% on those games. Remember when the NFL was admonished by NY attorney general for allowing Draft Kings tents set up outside the stadium(s) a few yrs back. The NFL said they weren't affiliated with those vendors and were unaware they were operating there in the parking lots. Fast forward to today and the NFL is now PARTNERED with no less than three online booking sites, and openly play these sites commercials throughout the televised games with their only discernable "responsibility" segment being Steve Mariucci writing on a locker room chalkboard "Only bet what you can afford". It'll be interesting to see how many 3 points or less and/or overtime games there will be this year.

Crazy how none of these comments are about how this game was the most obviously rigged game in NFL history! Steelers were favored to win this game by 3 points. If you start at 16:51 and watch what happened you will see how obvious it is. The ref at the very end looked like he was making the call with a gun pointed to his head. He calls no TD then goes to put his hands up in the TD sign but acts like hes adjusting his hat lmaoooo what a joke
