The anime always draws her flatter in her casual wear that it made people forget how big she is in the source. If you look at all the times she's appeared in the openings, endings and in her valkyrie armor, they draw her breast correctly because it forces them when they have to give her charcater model good attention. Same ordeal here when it's not covered and they have to draw it in her mermaid form. Her breast were always big, they just never drew them much.

Can we talk about how much development Noelle has gotten in this series she went from having no control of her mana or magic and now she can fully utilize her mana as well as enhancing it to create armor for herself. Noelle is one of the best shonen female characters I’ve seen.

Don't get me wrong I enjoy a Noelle powerup as much as the next person, but I feel like her outfit isn't a natural progression from her valkyrie dress (which is 100% awesome btw) but rather a fanservice insertion that kind of goes against the design of the original valkyrie dress.

She often gets big power ups quickly during a battle crisis (She's lucky as hell being saved through developing spontaneous magic power-ups: saving her life moments before dying) [Water barrier/Sea Dragon's Roar/Valkyrie Armor/Water bubbles] I mean she was literally drowning along three other teammates and just learned to form bubbles for them all to stay and breathe in underwater. Willpower does wonders, I guess?

She's made progress in power through the author pampering her so often with plot armor again and again. But look, she learns a bunch of magic spells during times of crisis making her simply top tier quality. Oh? Well, just wait into a character like Vanessa, Gray, or Gauche get their own flashy power-up. I know that doesn't set it in stone, but Noelle's description had nothing to do with asta. I am sure he will develop their relationship even more in the future.
