The speed depends on the power.. example.. if your battery is low the speed will be low. Also you need a strong motor to get higher speed .. you can charge from 1000W motor to 4000W motor. This upgrade will change your speed

Just open the the screw from signal lights under the step board 2 screw from the seat post haved 2 nuts you can put the nut under the step board to lock the 2 screw for the seat post.
