Michael did more for Gibson Flying V sales to rock guitarists than just about anyone else. It’s nice to see one in his hands again, he looks at home with it :)

@MrKennyanders if Michael opened up his heart to Rudy and forgave him for whatever he somehow thinks that separated them, I bet Rudy would embrace him in a heartbeat. There was probably something that Rudy didn't even do intentionally and Michael is just taking it the wrong way, we don't really know. The friction mostly coming from Michael, is very disappointing. I love both groups and it makes me sad.

About time. Michael was always associated with Gibson Flying V's. Always hated those big ugly Dean headstocks. He is my ultimate guitar hero, and the reason I play a V.

I can honestly say that Michael's guitar playing never ever gets boring at anytime in his career. He's the most remarkable lick master and there is nobody else like him.Arguably the greatest melodic guitarist in Rock history👍
Totally agreed…. He and Tony Iommi are the Kings of Riffs. Not note perfect at times but he’s still in heck of a player!

Agreed… a great lineup… I wish I’d seen them when Cozy Powell, Chris Glenn and Gary Barden was with them though… One Night in Budokan is one of my fav albums…
@@PicsnLicks Salute! I feel guilty now. One of my all-time good times AND Top 5 shows was catching that line-up in Odessa,TX. They were opening for Ted Nugent and it turned into a disaster for Ted--it was actually funny as funk,looking back. The big barn venue was packed w desert rats from all 4 directions,ie..oil field roughnecks,ranchers,farmers,long-hairs...as usual,but a large portion were well lit on magic fungus and desert cacti. Well,Gary Barden came out with the roadies setting up and was messing with everyones headspace,first 5 rows. The banter got hilarious;he is a sharp fellow,too.Anyways,someone accused him of eally being Ted Nugent incognito,which was a hoot! Gary played along and considering everyone's uh..er,mixed headspacestate,half of the people believed he was Ted. Lots of girls,mostly--had me and my bro smashed to center stage,row 2 or 3 depending. So much fun! They opened with a flawless Captain Nemo. Amazing but back when Michael said like zero words;he was brilliant. Cozy Powell,I'll never,ever forget watching him all set. A gift to us all,tragedy as all fuck. Ha,kicker was when Ted tried to follow,all playing Tarzan and doing his rope-swinging intro w bare arse,it did not fly well at all. He was loud n sloppy,and not acceptable after the show we had just witnessed. Them roughnecks boo'd Ted off the stage,chanting MSG MSG MSG(and a lot more ugliness).We teo retired to the strip club across the way and relived the show over and over. Still do..me and bro still alive and well,Derringer style. Cheers,mate! Good times...now you was as good as there🤘🎶

Das ist das Modell, das auch jimmy Page von led zeppelin spielt und barre von jethro tull und black sabbath guitarist von black sabbath und viele andere guitaristen. Ich liebe meine guitarre wie meine eigene Frau. Bye Michael, für mich bist du einer der besten guitarspieler der weeeeelt. Always GREAT to hear Michael playing......Interesting to see him playing one of his old GIBSON Flying V's he used during his earlier days as opposed to his now trademark DEAN Flying Vs....Actually, I've always had 2 Gibson Flying V's which I both had painted Matt white like this one way back in 1981 and 1982 (Like Michael was using on Strangers in the Night in 1978) ...I remember when Attack of the Mad Axeman first was released in the 1981 MSG 2 album as well ...I was only 19 ,,,Cozy was playing on that....& also on the classic One Night at the Budakan version too.
Cozy and Paul Raymond too…. Sadly they are both gone now…. I saw Paul a few months before he died when U.F.O. Played the same venue :/
@@PicsnLicks Paul Raymond was a real great contributor to UFOs lineup and I know Michael really valued him later too…Because of contracts he was never given credit for things he wrote. I know Paul wrote the song TRY ME in 1977 on the Lights Out album around a solo harmony Michael had written then…..Also the haunting high Piano at the start of Love to Love was DEFINITELY Paul’s composition…..So was ‘Just Another Suicide’…And many things on Obsession album like Looking Out for Number one had Paul’s writing style all over it (even if it wasn’t credited on the sleeve)…When Paul joined UFO in the 1970s even Michael’s writing was cranked up several gears…And afterwards in MSG Paul also wrote the beautiful ‘Never Trust a Stranger’ . We won’t forget Paul.

Can anyon tell me if Michael is wearing a neck brace, thought he might have strained his neck, Or is it just a scarf, been seeing lot of pics with him wearing it? Just Curious.!
It was just a scarf/snood type thing…. It was hanging loose around his neck…
