    You have already made a millionaire recruiter. I watch all your videos when I started my career early this year. In my 6 months in recruitment , won 12 clients and achieved super figures, until have to make a move out of hero complex bosses. I really like to have your email. Thank you !

    Hi! I left a few comments in the past. Love your content. A former probate attorney and his paralegal merged their practice into a legal recruiting firm for about a year now. They are looking to grow it with the right team and culture. As of now, it's just the two of them (along with a sales rep), and we came to terms that they would 1099 me on a 50/50 split and all commissions would be made directly to my S-corp law practice. Everything is in writing and signed. This has been the best arrangement I've been able to find, and the tax savings and write offs as a 1099 contractor are tremendous opposed to W-2 employee status (based on my unique situation as an active S-Corp rendering legal services). My CPA made a good point that legal services and legal staffing services are closely related enough to where all checks may and should go directly through the corporation and pay myself a reasonable salary, as opposed to setting up another LLC with self employment tax liability, among other tax liabilities, as well as tax disadvantages going through my personal 1040 tax return as opposed to filing a separate corporate tax return on the legal side, which is what I do every year anyways.
    Curious what your thoughts are, as I've been practicing law for five years and think I can carve out a niche exclusively placing high-level associate attorneys into medium to large top AmLaw 200 firms. Probably my first few weeks will be placing legal assistants and paralegals as I work my way up and feel comfortable.
    I think going through every TH-cam video you posted will be helpful in my endeavor.
    Any suggestions or thoughts are highly appreciated.
    PS: I'm interested in your full course but I'm not sure if it will be applicable for the legal recruiting industry. Based on what I read on your website, most of the fundamentals apply in all recruiting industries, but seem to be geared toward Tech. Any thoughts on that as well?

    Hey Brianna lots of great points there. Definitely format the resumes (we call them CVs here in UK) and calling potential negatives definitely makes you a consultant that works with the client and not just an amateur who's throwing dung and hoping some of it sticks. It builds trust and the client is more likely to ask for your opinion further down the line 👍
