This STi Limited has an upgraded engine (cams and turbo) and better front and rear LSDs (no center DCCD). Not sure if it has better suspension, but it's just below the Spec C and S203 in terms of performance. So it looks like the sellers didn't know what they had either.
343 the engine actually is,a ej207dw4er which I ,a type ra spec c s202. So it's better than just a,type ra or spec c its got the best engine which is a hand built rally engine pro drive used to modify further for wrc cars

The Limited is a 30th Anniversary with a monster Type Ra Spec C S202 Engine fitted plus a Type Ra tranny and suretra diffs. The ecu was a s202 Xtra tuneable and the rear Sti spoiler signifies a 30th Anniversary too.

Consider it like this - If I wanted to buy a car for racing, I would go with one with bad paint, but good mechanically. Same for a lens. Plenty of people want their camera equipment to show off. Scratches on the exterior make for great value when the function is all I care about.
There's nothing wrong with being on a budget as long as you wait for a gem like this.

This car isn’t a normal STI Impreza it’s a STI Limited 30th Anniversary and the car has a Spec C S202 motor plus Type RA gearbox & diffs
