    In case you're wondering, the Gukbaps are 1k EXP:

    You can probably mix them up with whatever you cook for some extra imperial boxes, so it is not bad for as long as you don't overcommit and just cook what the workers gathered for you until you cook your monthly/quarterly/etc batch that you would cook anyway.

    • @summer_rains
      @summer_rains  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah, that's what I think as well. Save them for when you don't feel like doing a lot of cooking to cover your imperials.

    Thanks for all the guides, the quality and information are great. I've recently gotten into hunting and cooking and had 0 knowledge on what to really do with the mats, and you've helped clear that up.

    @summer is there any place I can gather Pepper or Hot pepper? I know I can get them from farming but I was wondering if there was somewhere I could gather them. Also where do i got to exchange blue grade pepper for white grade pepper. Thanks.

    • @summer_rains
      @summer_rains  ปีที่แล้ว

      You can exchange them at seed vendors except the one in LoML. No place to gather them as far as I know.

      @@summer_rains I am guru 44 cooking and didn’t know that. I was just using blue grade stuff to cook :(. Thank you sir.

    Cooking rice and gukbap doesn't seem to give you the pickled vegetable quest either (for milk)

    Was looking forward to your video about this topic. I don't think I'll bother with this recipe and just stick to Balenos as they seem much more convenient to me.
    Are you working on a Jangdok Platform video soon? Would like to know your thoughts on it.

    • @summer_rains
      @summer_rains  ปีที่แล้ว

      Tbh I haven't looked into the Jangdok Platform much. Can you get anything interesting out of it? From what I can see, it can be used to create ingredients for food items. Are they used for imperial boxes or what is the purpose?

    • @jonathandale4681
      @jonathandale4681 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@summer_rains I honestly don't have a whole lot of info about this. From looking at the in game crafting notes, the furthest I can trace it to is Artisan and Master boxes. I'm not sure if the chain stops there because it doesn't feel like it should. Eg. Skewer's gives +2 AP for a food buff but we can already get +5 AP from Mediah Meals. BDOLYTICS doesn't quite have enough information on this topic yet, but there's seemingly a lot of POs on Soy Sauce, Soybean Paste, and Meju on NA but I can't quite figure out what these people are using them for.

    • @summer_rains
      @summer_rains  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@jonathandale4681 Thanks for the info. I can try to math it out but I doubt anything can be cheaper than pickles vegs for below-guru imperial boxes unfortunately.

    • @jonathandale4681
      @jonathandale4681 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@summer_rains It's not even to compare with pickled vegetables that makes me interested in them. They require so much effort to get the ingredients only for them to stop at a +2 AP meal that can be turned into a master cook box. It feels like there's more to it that I'm missing. I don't know if PA just added a useless meal just for the sake of it or if they have plans to introduce a new LoML meal that uses them as sub recipes or if they can already go into some other use that I can't figure out.
      But maybe you're right and the catch is that they are better than pickled vegetables.

    • @bozydargroch9779
      @bozydargroch9779 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@jonathandale4681 since there is just half of LoML island introduced at this time, we could safely assume there are things to come with 2nd part, so potentially they made a dead end dish that will just beautifully fit when the right time comes.

    As soon as i saw this and did the calculations, I instantly ignored this meal as trash. As soon as you mentioned 'farming' to get the extra materials, you confirmed this meal is not worth it.

      @@summer_rains Oops, thx for the headup. 1000 is not too bad for a mostly afk recipe. Btw, I'm also a master 4 farmer having 10*10 fences. Do you think it would be easier to mass produce Moodle gukbap (rice+garlic) than Byeot County gukbap (rice+radish+cabbage) by simply farming 8 fences of magical rice seed + 2 fences of magical garlic seed? From which, you can have less bottlenecked ingredients to focus. Moodle only has rice being hard to get when afk considering garlic can be bought anytime from the marketplace while Byeot has all 3 ingredients capped.

    • @summer_rains
      @summer_rains  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@schizoashkov839 Moodle would definitely be easier to mass produce. Though the profit is a bit lower than that of Byeot County Gukbap due to requiring 1 extra meat.
