I'm a little bit surprised that they give what is technically a buff to the newest character first instead of the old ones. Usually on gacha game, the newest character is a little bit stronger than the old one with similar role. That's why a good devs/publisher give buffs to the old ones so they can stay relevant. Iirc, the first one to get counter and execution is Roland and Pulao. My guess is to increase Pulao's sell since we already have a character with a similar role (Physical Transcendant)
I mean , Uns are easy to get and a good alternative to f2p , they want to make the counter execution the standart for all of them , and it's not like they're buffing newer characters and forgetting the older ones , we just saw Palefire buff replacing a S rank on it's niche for a period of time before Hyperreal got released , Watanabe and Vera getting relevant again , i do want them to give more buffs to older A ranks but considering the time and investment that goes into leap leveling is good that they slowing down the pace cuz otherwise they would again get replaced by omns anyways
All of them did eventually get their un skill tho since Roland and pulao debut when un is already became a thing it make sense for them to have it available and for camu since he's everyone first (and free) it understandable why he also got it first.

His ping system is a bit more convenient in my opinion, you don't have to deal with Orb RNG to snowball, makes him an excellent Starter and Soloer in many game modes.
@saltissalty3498 the thing about his ping system is that he can cast his skill 4 times max (5 if he enter matrix). When u need to recharge, u need to use follow up attack that is the same attack many times.
If I'm right, there will be a new gauge bar below the HP bar, if you manage to deplete all of it, you can perform execution Edit: oops my bad, it's on the top haha
If u perfect dodge (outside of matrix) hold the dodge button to counter. Once u deplete the enemy execution guage at the top of Thier HP bar hold the attack button to insta kill them. I'm not too sure you can counter if u perfect dodge into matrix. From the Qu gameplay it seems you can
They are new tipe of enemy that can do more patrol of atack , red light can parry it , blue light only can dogde , if you long press dogde botton and do a perfect dogde , construct will do a move that reduce the bar that above of hp bar. Once you finish that bar , press normal atack to enemy will release execution. I hope i answer your question ;D
