I think IntoResin should consider putting either a ‘how to’ picture or anything to tell you what each piece is for. I wouldn’t have known either. They sell exceptional products with no instructions. I think you did a lovely job with the crown, Mary. I loved the shiny gold accents against the more matte gold of the whole piece. I love the Let's Resin mettalic powders. The only thing I would say is they work beautifully when brushed into the molds first. I've done little treasure chests that look like solid gold. Just an idea if you try it again. Great job! 🤩

The little twisty heart things screw into the plug to hold it up so it doesn't sink under the resin.

The screw in hearts look like something my mom had to anchor her crochet armrest and head rest covers to upholstered furniture. I have some I use to attach scratch resist covers to the sides of my furniture to help deter my cats from shredding my furniture! Best ask Into Resin what they are for?
I have 2 tortie cats and 2 tuxedo cats. My torties are more vocal and have more attitude than my sweet tuxies! Lol!

The heart twists look like they are for holding down loose covers to padded furniture by twisting them in, usually in corners under the seat cushions. Can't imagine a resin use!
Apparently they are for the insert so you can get it out easier when the resin cures. Who knew🤣🤗🥰

Hi! I think the hearts/screws are more to prevent the silicone insert from drifting... So the hollow will be in center.

Oh no, I was going to tell you that when I saw you open it & I forgot.😮 As far as the little hearts go. Why no ask Intoresin about it? Also, to avoid your "mica bubbles" try to get the mica ready ahead of time and mix it with alcohol to "melt" them. If you forget, you can still do it if you have a spray bottle that won't shoot the mica in the air.

I have seen similar twist pins when recovering furniture but with “studs” not hearts.
Laney, Im learning they are for the silicone insert, to make it easier to remove from the resin. Like handles😊
