You are aware some lasers require special glasses to use them even if the laser shine off a reflective surface it can blind you so imagine trying to burn a hole through someone's coffee they look back because of the glow of the laser and are instantly blinded and you're arrested.

What they are doing with that laser is super dangerous. You absolutely must be wearing eye protection with those high power lasers, as one wrong point into the eye will destroy the retina and leave you blind. Look at what it's doing to everything else he points it at, and here they are fighting over it and waving it around everywhere while it's on. Those aren't toys.
As well as pointing it up at the sky where a plane could be which would be illegal and have many serious and large fines.

Rock Baker Yeah but the moment his choice puts other people in danger it has to be stopped. Even diffuse reflections from such a strong laser can cause you to go blind, and repeated skin exposure can lead to cancer. No wonder laser laws are getting stronger.

I am a lifeguard and ill tell you why you aren't allowed to wear life vest in public pools. First thing is that parents will allow their kids to go into pools thinking they are safe because of the vest puts huge stress on us lifeguards. Second is that some pools allow vests that are certified. They are the ones that go over the chest and keep the back open, if the kid looses balance he will flip on his back keeping his head out of the water. If its the vest that covers font and back kid can loose balance and flip face first and wont be able to flip on his back causing him to drown.
Alright, that all makes sense. Not bad.
I actually saw this happen once, the kid could have just turn himself, he had that capacity but he just stayed with the face down in the water and he had foot.

As an upcoming pilot I really have to worry about it, it is very dangerous for us pilots cuz it blinds us for a minute or two and we can't see the airplane instruments or where were headed. Imagine trying to land and some stupid asshole decides to point a laser right before you land (and it has happened).

lacrosse4higher The pilots in the planes would notify Air Traffic Control that a laser is being pointed at them and will give a location using the geography around it. Then ATC would call the police to guide them to the area. The police will bethere within a matter of minutes and will sometimes catch someone in the act of doing it. The FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) is extremely quick to jump the gun on occurrences like this and will file lawsuits and have the person arrested. It's extremely dangerous to point something like a laser at a plane. I'm training to be a pilot and I learned about all this and have heard many stories of these kinds of things happening.
Bc pilots will report that they are seeing lights being pointed at them, which can blind them for a little bit. This , of course, makes it dangerous to flight.
Because it messes with there systems and they may think it's a laser guided missile, especially if its military, they would report the location to authorities to take care of a "possible threat" and just to investigate

Don't ever point that laser at any time of aircraft especially a military aircraft, I think its about a 20,000 dollar fine or like five years in prison, let the kids know before they use it again

I am guessing that you don't cook much because there is such a thing as poultry scissors. You use them to cut bone and prep chicken or turkey for various recipes. I am not sure if Brit used regular or cooking scissors but they are widely available.
