ALWAYS BE CLOSING 🤣
This is nuts. I just watched Glengarry last night after years of not seeing it and now I see this. This is amazing.
Referencing something like GGGR and getting it SO right makes this work for me. It’s like Documentary Now. I don’t get every reference, but it’s made with love and that’s brilliant.
Of course no one understood the Glengarry Glen Ross references!! Why?! Because EVERYONE that saw that movie are at work....CLOSING!! 😄😂🤣
Im dead, im in my grave, this was sooooo funny to me!. Glengarry Glenross is a classic
ELF YOU
1:01 - love that sad look on her face when he says You're Fired.
"ELF you!" LOL!
" Scr.. you that's my name" LOL 😂😂😂😂😂
I love how well he sells those ridiculous lines just makes it that more hilarious
They are all completely demoralized but he brings them back by letting them know they all get a xmas bonus 😂
Ha! He said closing
Frank Hamilton Seth knew it too lol
Probably his PTSD from the movie this is based on.
I love how I just slipped right into the original speech, slipper, ate it and kept going. Alec Baldwin is one of the best.
His best performance ever is in Glen Garry Glen Ross and it’s only an 8 minute cameo
I forgot he was only on for that amount of time. Incredible. He stole the show. Incredible skill. Years ago I heard him talk about doing Street Car Named Desire on Broadway. There was a particular line where he got used to hitting his fist on his chest really hard. After several performances he started getting chest pain. This guy's the real deal.
GGR will always be one of my go-to, favorite films. I found it around 2008 and wish I could've seen the play. I recommend it to many people but rarely do they watch it. This skit is a gem.
Or how about- " You company man! You Christmas fairy!!"
actually made me laugh out loud - good one
You Santa’s man!
Man, totally sucks the audience here seems to have NO idea where this comes from. As soon as Alec says "Let's talk about something important" I would have burst out in cheering and applause. The opportunity to see one of the most legendary performances in the history of cinema lampooned by the actor who gave it, right in front of your eyes, is nothing short of amazing, but this audience is practically CRICKETS during the most hilarious parts. "You see this gumdrop??" Freakin' ingenious.
you know what it takes to be one of Santa's elves it takes some brass balls to be an elf
I had no idea, and it's one of my favorite movies. Jack Lemmon and Al Pacino are brilliant
"You rode a hedgehog to work, and I got here on a talking moose."
Hey - hedgehog is an AWESOME mode of transportation.
