Inuyasha is one of those shows that holds a special place for me. I remember my brother and I staying up to watch it late at night. I think at the time it was on Adult Swim. Thanks for the upload putting these covers all together Nicki.
I love inuyasha still do too this day I never openly admitted it because I heard Inuyasha was for girls and all they do in it was talk nobody cared about feelings and love it was all about the action like with dragon ball so I was insecure about loving a series like inuyasha for years because I didn't wanna seem like a weakling who was all in his feels Listening to your covers really helps me through some mental stuff🥲 I don't know how else to thank you
This was something I thought about doing with covers of mine for any I'd do all the openings/endings of, but I'm too lazy to do it myself. I will say though, it's definitely a good way to get any newcomers to hear all of them, really easily, especially if they're big Inuyasha fans. These all still sound awesome, I'll add, Nicki! So I like the Japanese and English endings of a lot of anime. These covers are really well done and bring me a lot of nostalgia of when Inuyasha first aired on TV here in the us. It seems so long ago now.. great music
@@Nicki_Gee you are most welcome. Not sure if you have done them before but there are a lot of good songs in the various tenchi muyo series and also in the old anime outlaw star. Granted English versions exist but maybe you'll enjoy doing them.
I like the last one! it's my favorite one of the series. I had no idea the lyrics were so dark, but romantic, someone who loves you would never want to poison your soul, they would take your poison away and wipe the stains away... I need to change the lyrics and do this song again.. it almost sounds like domestic abuse of some kind...i'm curious about who wrote the song?
this is fantastic I love all these songs already and hearing these all together like this is delightful to say the least I can't even stop myself from singing along with you since you made them so much fun to sing as well to listen to, you should do this with all your others songs from the same show and or franchise like K-on! or Kenshin, I know I would like that and I bet your other fans would too heck you might even attract new fans anyway just a thought keep doing your thing because you are doing marvelously I dare say this is the golden age of Nicki Gee at least that is how it feels to me
@Nicki Gee ~*~ it must be hard,not only to translate as song,but sing it in the same spacing, and rhythm as it is in Japanese as you can,improvising when you.must try to fit all the lyrics into that space...very well done,love your voice as well.keeo up the great work !
