In FS FSX there was a very good freeware model of the Tupolev 154. with a big manual how to fly it.
It had a few gyroscopes which had to be synchronised,in combination with a database of NDB's
The startup of the engines took at least a minute if you had read the manual. There was a crew simulated which
talked to each other , the crew existed of 5 people, A captain a copilot ,a navigator , a radio officer, and a engineer, for the engines. I have flown hundreds of hours in FSX , in this plane , mostly above the arctic circle , ( and sometimes see the green polar light .
The grafix where absolute stunning inside and outside the plane ,( much better then this model ).

Im a swiss fan for almost a year the content amazing but the words that trighers me the most is

TU 154 was also used by Polish LOT airlines and was retreated in 1996 but two tu 154's were still used by Polish government. In 2010 tu154 took a part in second biggest plane crash in polish history. Plane crashed in Smoleńsk on Ukrainian land, on a board were most of important people in polish government at the time and few journalists. Polish president and his wife were also flying this plane. Everyone died that day. Today tupolev tu154 is one of the biggest memes in poland because of this crash.

You should fly at black bush airport in England it’s got 3 runways but 2 are closed

The landing gear should to be retracted
I don't think Tu-154 was certified for gravel runways. But its demands to runways were quite low in terms of quality of concrete layer. That's the reason why it has such a complicated landing gear with so many wheels.
