John Perkins’ point relates to the clause of the quote shown at 1:08 - “so long as it stays within the rules of the game.” This implies that if a method of exploitation is technically legal, then it is the responsibility of business to “engage in” this “activity.”
Want fix the system? We need to get off of Admiralty Maritime Law(illegal law in a Constitutional Republic) and back on Constitutional Law as this country was founded. Then make systems multiplies accountability for people that in political positions. Example if I get 1 year in prison for the crime they would get 5 years. Make lobbying(legalized bribery) illegal. Get off of counterfeit money(currency), and get back on a real honest money system that can’t be inflated. That would be a great start.
Dude... inflation is inevitable... it's a result of progress diminishing something's value due to it no longer being scarce... You can't have a centralised currency system without inflation occurring...
adamsrealm I know currency isn’t real money and is absolutely corrupt. Currency is not money. Real money... like the founding fathers said to use doesn’t inflate. And if you used a counterfeit (in any form be it currency or a direct counterfeit) you got the death penalty. They knew how important an honest money system was to ensure peoples freedom.
@@mikolowiskamikolowiska4993 I just like sharing ideas. I like intelligent debate, it can help both sides to learn and grow. But sadly some people are so stuck in their box where they’re comfortable... you couldn’t get them to look out of it even if you set it on fire.

There is no such thing as " crony capitalism". Merger of the state with private corporations is called "fascism". The free market means "free". The state restricts freedom; so the free market and state are complete opposites. That's why America was built on individualism, small government, and the "free market". This is just disgusting. Are you trying to get more views with these people?
