I’ve been tinkering around with the game, and it’s actually a perfect game to play when you have a few minutes on break. Love mixing both Orcs and Dwarfs.
Initially loving it, the Asynchronous style is a double edged sword for me, it allows you to jump in and out, however I do like the gamesmanship that can occur near the end of a HS game where you are selling and manoeuvring your board to combat your opponent
I've been playing this for months. It has changed a lot, I'm hoping this sponsorship is a sign that they've finished with reworks. It is a good game, especially for a mobile game. It has so far been quite free to play friendly, though it's steadily been becoming less so.
i clicked on this video a few hours ago because i got fooled by the "ARCANE" in the title, thinking this was about the riot games show. i ended up downloading the game. ive been farming for 5 hours straight. thank you regis.
Just tried it, and suddenly I've spent 40+ minutes playing it haha. The only auto battlers I've played are TFT and Auto Chess. This one is probably my favorite so far
Holy moly, you're level 89 already?! By the way, I've been playing this game since the alpha, and there's so much improvement compared to the early versions. What stands out to me the most is that running a multi-race setup is now viable, like Orc+Dwarf or Neutral+Dead, whereas in the early version, you could only run a mono-race setup.
seeing how he had only 20 battles when going to the arena and how he does not have an active season pass but it is a sponsored video I would guess the dev gave him an elevated account
I assume the same, given that he has high level relics and has unlocked demons (and is sponsored lol), but also doesn't know the handful of races or that it tells you the 3 races you'll see in each game. Which is totally fine, don't get me wrong, I'm not calling out our King of Cards 😆 I'm glad he's getting paid to play a fun game lol
I'm curious, how good had the developer support been since Alpha in terms of them wanting to make a fun game, not just a money maker. Worried that they'll focus on just putting out new relics and heroes so people feel the need to spend money for the game to be fun so QoL improvements are a bare minimum effort. Enjoying the core game so far but there are issues and I hope the team do want to make the game enjoyable to play going forward.
it sucks it's scripted worse than marvel snap, once you reach gold level you lose in the first few turns. game made only of bots and scripts, crazy prices
Blue gems can be used for refreshes on Daily Quests and Arena Energy. I use them mostly for Race Chests. I save up 2K and wait for the store to have a Giant Chest for a race i'm want to boost their ability stats. Orc and Dwarfs are get factions to boost so that's where my Blue Gems are invested.
It's a demon- specific mechanic. Cards with "fading" keyword discard automatically from your hand at the end of your turn. Other demons have "play" abilities that allow you to discard as well.
Man i hate you so much XD Ever since you promoted this game on one of your videos, i have been so glued to it that i have been skipping snap XD Its extremely addicting ahahah (honestly now, thank you for the recommendation( Its a lot of fun, but i do still think there is some unbalance. Where unlike snap, lvling up allows you to upgrade your cards which ends up being a huge deal at times. Still been a very pleasant surprised. Feels like a TFT, league of legends mode, meets Snap, but with Warcraft aesthetics. I genuinely thought this was a blizzard game ahahah
You didn’t really sell this game by playing with one super powerful unit that you’re rarely going to draw yourself.. a bit more info would have been useful
You can only discard a card in your hand. Some cards create a copy of themselves which will give you a card that you can basically infinitely discard building power and health every turn with the right combination of cards.
Relics is where you need to focus on, they make or break your runs. You can run a junk Hero but compete if you have decent relics. That's what im finding out.

the energy at the very least is only for arena for using your strongest end game builds from standard play

This is what sold me, no interest in long form cards battlers. Marvel Snap and this fit my style.

Arcane Rush looks like the p2w version of Hearthstone Battlegrounds. I completed the Beginner pass and felt overwhelmed (by the grinding) already

It's not a bad game. A little unbalanced at times, but still a good game. Lot's of heroes to unlock and they don't make it easy after the first few.
