    I know it's 4 months later, but I can't help seeing those 3D prints and just about crying, knowing that printer can do so much better with a little tweaking!

    As you are mentioning using the Fenix A320 you might want to think about how you plan to connect your hardware (especially the custom parts) to the sim. I believe there are lots of controls Fenix doesn't give you access to. Not sure about the Fly by Wire A320 as I am still using P3D with my home cockpit, so that might be a better option (assuming you want to stay with MSFS 2020). Good luck with the project!

    • @model.aviation
      @model.aviation  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thank you! :) I checked this, and the Fenix 320 does not give access to all controls. I don't think the FBW gives access to all controls in Mobiflight, which I just checked. I'm still considering staying with the PMDG 737, though it's much more complicated...

      @@model.aviation Another aspect you might want to look into is how easy, or not, it is to display the various screens you would want in the cockpit (PFD, ND, MCDU, ECAM, etc ), especially if you want to run those off another computer. I'm not real familiar with 3d printing but some of those prints look pretty rough to me. I've seen other people make things in the past on TH-cam and the prints jist required some light sanding to get smooth. Is this due to the 3d printer quality? Serious question, I really don't know and would like to learn more about 3d printing. Good luck on your journey, I subbed to your channel.

    • @model.aviation
      @model.aviation  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, I love to hear that. The print quality is mostly dependent on how you level your printer bed, and my bed isn’t level 100% perfect, so the print quality isn’t optimal therefore. I have printed high quality prints in the past thanks to the bed levelled perfectly, but levelling each and every time I get tired of 😂
