We have exciting news!! We’re expecting a baby in May 2021! We announced it on Instagram and Facebook two days ago and I wanted to put together a video of when I found out, me telling my husband and also our family and friends’ reactions. I have always dreamed about the day I would become a mom, I just never knew when that would happen. Taylor and I couldn’t be more excited and I’ve been loving the past few months of carrying this sweet little babe in my belly. I plan on sharing more about my pregnancy and will be trying to get back into my weekly vlogs and fun videos for you guys. Thank you again for the support and kind words. Here’s to a new chapter in our lives as a family of four (Maverick included of course!) I plan on doing a first trimester/pregnancy q+a soon, so if you have questions you want me to answer, drop them in the comments below!

i love to see that you had your sister on the phone the whole time! i always watch these videos and i can’t believe people are always alone in the bathroom like trying to be quiet and holding in their crying because their husband is in the other room or something. also i love that you just had to tell your husband 15 minutes later idk how people can hold that news in i know i never could

Congratulations on the wonderful news. But I will ask, please watch the road not the camera, and put your hands on the wheel. I lost my brother in law to a distracted driver, you wouldn't want your husband or family to go thru the same hell.

I will do my best to be aware of when I am vlogging/recording and to make sure my hands are on the wheel. After watching the video back, the clip of me driving while vlogging was recorded and posted with poor judgment, but I will say that I always make sure there's no cars around me. I talk with my hands and have a horrible habit of driving with one hand on the wheel or even using my knees out of habit. I appreciate your comment and your concern and understand that it's from a pain that you experienced with your family. I am so sorry, again, and I will do better.

Congratulations!!. So exciting 🤗. Did you get the blood test to find out the gender?.
No, we didn't get the blood test because apparently insurance doesn't cover it and it was super pricey and not worth it in our opinion. We were torn between waiting until the birth to know the gender or finding out at the 20 week scan and we ultimately decided to find out at 20 weeks! I just posted that gender reveal/20 week appointment video :)

Yep, totally get it! But our family and friends know that I'm on TH-cam and I recorded most of the reactions with my phone so it wasn't like I had my vlogging camera out where it was obvious! But yes, so many people don't like to be filmed and I respect those who wish to not be posted/in the videos.
