    In 2016 I have been covered including garo, Meghalaya. entirely different terrain and different experience from rest of Meghalaya. Rebel active area. More broken bridges, from tura to rongying rugged road. Suji cave(third largest in india) is one of best in between.

    I like how you wrote all the names of the falls and places correctly and how you pronounced all the few place names that you mentioned quite correctly, that's very repectful and i give my respect to you for that, it means a lot to the natives. And I'm sorry for some of the hiccups you faced during the trip. But, I assure you generally the locals are quite kind and helpful. Unfortunately, you just came along some very bad apples on the way. You're videos are awesome! ! Subscribed.

    I was really thrilled about Meghalaya.. (I still want to go visit once) .. The highway infrastructure looks very good in the North East..
    I'm sure its a beautiful place and all, but it is also a bit disappointing to know that it's very business like and costs more.. I thought Meghalayta would be a very cheap place to travel to and very remote and Idyllic.. May be not :(

    • @TollFreeTraveller
      @TollFreeTraveller  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Meghalaya possibly has the best highways in the NE. The road conditions are quite bad in some other states. You will see in my future vlogs. But yeah, definitely worth exploring. People were also a lot more warm and helpful in general, just a few bad experiences in Meghalaya.

      Shyam, I was there in the first week of May. It was raining then too. Can't imagine what it must be like in the peak of the monsoon. But the place is stunning nevertheless.
