- Welcome to Bryce Canyon National Park! We were so excited to visit Bryce Canyon again, but this time, share it with you! We spent one day in the park and saw as much as we possibly could, including a breathtaking sunrise, the Queens Garden and Navajo Loop, Fairyland Loop, and the park’s scenic drive.

During college I took a few Geology classes and one of them involved a 2-week road trip to a few geological feature stops including Bryce Canyon. Our instructor gave us the details on the rock formations and its history and all I can say is that it is just incredible on how Mother Nature works. She produces some of the most fascinating landscapes around the U.S. I am proud to say that now part of my job is to protect and preserve some of these features in the park system in California. Love my job!

I just went here a month ago and let me just say this was something to behold. I have never seen a scenery this impressive and jaw dropping in my entire life back here in California in all my 20 years of life. This just makes me even more proud of being in America and having all these dozens of national parks that no other country has and that I have yet to visit so to everyone watching, it is worth the visit.
Wow oh wow!!! I couldn't stop saying "wow" throughout this entire vlog!!!! This has got to be some of the most scenic and unique scenery anywhere in the world! This was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!

Bryce is one of my very favorite National Parks, and sunrise is a must! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve stood at the Rim with snow gear on. Like you said, it’s completely magical, and with snow, the hoodoos are even more incredible! Watching your video is making me think it’s time to head back over. ❤️

Brrrrr.... early morning cold! The contrast of the white snow against the orange backdrop is just stunning. The loop hike looked incredible. Wall Street sounds awesome. That Fairyland loop trail was amazing as well! ICE CREAM !!! Natural bridge was stunning!
It was SO COLD! But seeing snow on the hoodoos was very worth the freezing temps. That white + orange is 😍
That's true.. Sunrise in canyon is in bucketlist... We saw many sunsets between canyons.. The color reflaction is incredible. I can imagine the beauty of sunrise with my closed eyes.. Thank u guys for sharing

We did this exact same thing with our kids. We did the Fairlyland Loop counter-clockwise and had the same hike on our way back to the car. It was brutal! But so worth it!!! Thanks for your videos, love them!

I really enjoyed coming along your hike! When you said your 2nd hike of the day was an 8 mile hike- crazy! You guys have amazing stamina! Love the snickers break- ending with sunset- you made the most out of your day for sure!!!

We went to Bryce in January, I’ve never felt that level of cold in my life! It was 3 degrees but with windchill it was -6! Both of our water bladders were frozen all day long haha! Fairyland loop was by far our favorite, didn’t see another soul for miles
Oh gosh! That’s insane! The bitter cold is so brutal. We have only experienced that low of temps, in Texas of all places, once and it was painful!
Pictures cannot show the beautiful, spectacular, totally awesome, incredible, landscape that was created for our enjoyment.

those snowy hikes mixed with fires and rocks really adds to the ambiance. We did one at Big Bear CA that was pretty epic and at the end it opens up to the opposite side of the mountain and more snow.

My wife and I did the crack of dawn experience at Sunrise Point last October, and we found the best views were ironically over at Sunset Point. The low-angle sunlight almost makes the hoodoos glow like they were translucent. Just plain magical.

@@AdventuresofAplusK it was our 1st visit, snow and slush on the trail. It was obviously exposed. Ok. I dont remember lol, but ive been on ALL. We just keep roaming with hydration packs and food....
Really enjoying your Utah trip. In Sept 2018 my son and I spent 15 days exploring (tent camping) all of the Big 5, and several state parks. Took well over 1,600 pictures! Still haven't culled all of them as it is really hard to do so. Looking at your videos bring back a lot of great memories. You really can't find a "bad" place at all. Thanks for sharing.

It should be warmer! The morning will likely be cold (but not as cold as we had) and the afternoons are perfect! We got hot in jackets, but were mostly too lazy to take them off 😅

Starting almost every adventure at sunrise has been the BEST decision here in Utah! And if we aren’t near our van or near a restroom, we use nature 😉 Thankfully that doesn’t happen too often!

Another way to see Bryce Canyon is at night when there is a full moon. Talk about oohs and ahhs! It’s unbelievable. I have lived in Utah all my life. As a family we would always travel to Bryce (staying at Ruby Inn campground) and Zion. I cannot count the times I’ve been there. In the summertime they have a wagon ride and cookout with a short program. It’s great. Thanks for highlighting our pretty great state. From the north to the south there is so many different things to see.
A full moon would be SO cool! Cannot imagine how magical that is to see it lit up at night! And Utah is full of so many incredible sights, we already have a good list for next time we are here and we haven’t left yet lol!
I grew up in the area and we would do the Navajo loop trail at night during a full moon. It’s called “gooping the loop.” Lots of fun.

Wow guys, impressive. I've been visiting Bryce every year for over 20 years and I've never attempted the Queens Garden / Navajo Loop AND the Fairyland Loop on the same day.
...and then you hit virtually EVERY pull out along the park road. Wow, way to go!

My wife and I are going to visit for a day for the first time. Day trip up from Zion. We're fit enough to do either hike, but not sure about both. If only doing one which would you recommend? Navajo/Queens or Fairland loop? Thanks
@chiefnakoma Both hikes are great. I would probably recommend the Fairyland Loop. It's longer both in time and distance than Navajo-Queens Garden, so I'd make the decision based upon the time you have available.
@@SteveSchmorleitz the plan is to get up there early for the entire day, so I think we'll do the Fairland loop for a longer hike and less crowds. Then, do the scenic drive and vistas. But if we are fatigued from earlier Zion hikes or the weather isn't perfect, the other hike is a good back up. Thanks for advice

I remember my time there and lingering amongst the hoodoos and hiking the Navajo Loop. What goes down must come back up lol!!😊😊😊. Great video as always👍👍. Hey, have you drivin all of Scenic Highway 12 from Bryce to Capitol Reef? If you haven't, do it! I've done it 4 times and it's an absolutely INCREDIBLE drive!

There was a little bit of snow still there last week when we was there! I wanted so bad to go down with the hoodoos but I was afraid I couldn’t get back up!😂 Thank you for taking me with y’all! I was surprised to see Prairie Dogs there!
We saw signs for the prairie dogs, but never saw any! We love them though, they are so cute! And we are so glad you got to see the snow!
@@AdventuresofAplusK Prairie Digs was right past the visitors center on the left side. There wasn’t that many of them not like in South Dakota
Road between Zion Kolob Mountains (or where you started in Kanaraville) and Bryce: Highway 14. Try it out when you are in the neighborhood. The views are great, it's quiet, it's perfect. Talking about great roads, my favorite is highway 120 between Lee Vining at the Mono lake in eastern California and Yosemite park. Will be closed from around October to May, but in between those months you have to go there. The views stunning. Enjoy.

Great video! You really had a full day! Sunrise and sunset! We’ve been there a few times; but haven’t done the fairyland loop; looks great but the elevation change; I don’t know if I could do it. Lol
Very long day! That seems to be the theme lately haha, so much to see and not enough time! The elevation change is tough, but it's helping prep us for some big hikes this summer!
I would recommend that you two make a stop at Timpanogos Cave while you are in Utah (just 30 minutes north of Provo, UT). It will open for tours again by the end of May and is an amazing adventure!
We unfortunately are staying south this time, but we love the area near SLC and will be back!
