Conan was by far the best host for late night there been, the rest are boring, take them selfs to serious and try to hard.. Conan always loved to connect with the people, instead of just trying to bring politics into the show perfect example his show Conan without borders.. if you see him interact with people, he has a natural comedic personality without trying.. Leno saying his basically nothing without the network, just says everything.. just like artist with Record labels, if you good at what you do, dont matter who puts you on.. im glade TBS gave Conan a shot where they gave him freedom to explore more of his comedy style.. sad is ended, but happy he does his Podcast now which is one of my top 5 podcasts i listen too

(workaholic) :P Jay being handed the keys reminds me of how that super evil Chicago female mayor just swooped in and took that high paying job when she didn't earn it from the previous guy that worked 30+ years for that pay. However, he was meant to be a talk show host. That woman was not meant to be mayor.
Between Jimmy Fallon, Stephen Colbert, and Jimmy Kimmel, current qualifications on who can be a late-night host isn't about being funny anymore. It's about who can push far-left propaganda the hardest. Same qualifications for working at SNL.
If you like fake laughs and pandering to the celebrities then sure Jimmy Fallon is better but Conan has far way better interactions with Celebrities than any other talk show hosts imo
